worst company imaginable
bought November 23, had an engineer visit December 23, Jan 2, replaced the control panel, did 1 load of washing and blew the breakers yet again. I wish i had never bought this i should have gone with bosch.
Rubbish machine
If there is no star better . Please do not waste your money. My machine is less than a year old . I have had 8 engineers visit me and they are still telling me they are going to bring another engineer.

Poorly built, defective products that are substandard quality. Look at all these reviews and don't take them lightly. Someone mentioned Jude being rude in the earlier reviews. He decided to just disconnect from our chat.
Sold me a dishwasher that has broke twice in a year. Went 5 weeks without it from the start. Machine broke 11 months after that and they're trying to charge £160 for a call out.
Customer service bot is a nightmare, chat times out if you don't reply in seconds, both people I spoke to disconnected from me randomly (one asked a question and then left 25 seconds later).
Omar also told me I had a warranty for another two months and I could have a free engineer visit, and then changed his mind.
Dreadful. Just pay more for quality. These are also Whirlpool & Hotpoint too, so avoid them as well.

Dishwasher Indesit male functioning after two years. No warranty service anymore and when a mechanic came to fix it he also gave me a few tips if code 15 keeps appearing but no luck. The indesit dishwasher is no good. The Indesit service to come and fix it is charging €209 to come without parts and labor. :-( I would like to get a new one on warranty just because it should be working for at least 7 to 8 years and it’s not.

Indesit oven rubber band keeps jumping off
Indesit oven owned just a couple of years, the rubber band came off. bought a replacement, would not stay in place. tried for weeks. youtube instruction does make ti look easy but it is not. got a repair man in. he did manage of an awful number of times trying. first time i opened the ovendoor again it jumped right in my face. contacted Indesit. Did not manage to stay patient after they asked me 3 times to quote my name, phone number and so on. goodbye Indesit. never again.
Bought a cooker
Bought a cooker, it began failing after a year. I rang Indesit and was told it was a day out of warranty. Tried to get them to repair it since it was clearly faulty to have stopped working so soon but they refused. Customer service is a joke and just there to sell you more of their products and services, utterly unhelpful and their products are just hunks of junk that don’t work.

used once and oven was black took 6 hrs to clean and still couldn’t get marks off. engineer comes says it’s food lol a chicken in a bag that was in tact so I wouldn’t accept that. Light wouldn’t work and cover was black so sent me new light fitting engineer again but don’t change the light fitting but bulb, then tried oven again and it went of after 15 minutes and turned itself on 15 minutes later so engineer again and guess what thermostat gone after 4 months but I think that was problem from start. I don’t feel oven is safe so I’m going back to Very and then Ombudsman as I already put complaint in to INDESIT well Whirlpool is it now! Shocking service and shocking customer service, how can you make a complaint get ref number but never know outcome:
Totally useless live chat
Totally useless live chat and there seems to be no other way to contact them unless you want to be put on hold when trying to call them. No email, to ask a question or complain.
All I wanted to know was if my appliance was registered for the FREE 10 YEAR PATS GUARANTEE, and this guy was not listening at all. At the end of the chat he send me a message saying that the appointment was between 7.30am and 6pm. next message was " sorry, wrong customer" and he was gone.
No wonder he was not able to understand what I was asking if he has to deal with several customers at the same time.
I never got my answer but I had a link to book a repair!!! and all sorts of other rubbish.

This the 4th call out for the same fault to our built in Indesit dishwasher (Tablet dispenser door doesn't open) I phoned to book an engineer to revisit the dishwasher as we have exactly the same fault for the third time. I eventually spoke to Steve who is the rudest customer service advisor I have ever spoken to Whatever happened to the customer being right? Eventually after agreeing to take out an Insurance policy with D&G would he agree to send an engineer out The dishwasher was is 15 months old and broke down with the same fault after 6 months. Today the engineer has been, and the wire was broken to the Tablet dispenser Again however this time it had shorted to the door taking out a circuit board. There must be an inherent fault. Even though we have a 10 year parts warranty with Indesit it appears its not worth the paper it's written on. I must say that both engineers that have been out have been excellent

Have an insurance policy to cover washing machine. Despite this have been 6 weeks without. THE most useless customer service I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. Extreme rudeness over the phone by someone called Jude. Tried to speak to a manager and he refused to put me through. Luckily there is no shortage of alternative makes so goodbye to this completely rubbish bunch
Poor fridge freezer, backed up be even worse customer service
I bought an Indesit fridge freezer 4 days ago and it ices up badly at the back of the fridge. I was advised to turn the thermostat down this morning and now the temperature in the fridge compartment is 10C. I called customer service again and the person simply could not grasp the problem. In situations like this, either I should have been put through to an engineer or an engineer should have been sent out. Indesit really has no regard for customer service and also suppies extremely poor quality products.

If there was a no-star option I would have picked that - I've never dealt with such a useless, incompetent, immoral company such as this one - three years on, the oven I got from them which arrived faulty is still not sorted out and now they're refusing to do anything about it because it's 'out of guarantee' - well, the reason it's out of guarantee is because they kept turning up without the parts needed, or just didn't turn up at all - hence the three-year wait!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - unless you're a masochist, in which case you'll be in clover!!!
