I was so happy to find this product! I have had issues with bladder prolapse. This is the first product that meets my needs and is safe . I was worried about using tampon like products due to dryness or toxic shock. The incostress product is great. Thank you

I found that the sponge on its own rubbed when I walked, not all the time but enough for me to want to do something with it. So I thought and thought and came up with enclosing the sponge in a condom, which I then trimmed the excess off. It now works a treat.
