Sent me a dress that was UNWEARABLE. the whole bottom was sewed shut, you couldn’t even step into the dress. Then when I reached out for a return they ignored all my emails. I’ve gotten my lawyer involved now, this is a SCAM site. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

There’s a lot saying dresses are bad but I was extremely happy with mine however you do need to pay attention to measurements under the size charts which is why I went up one I think then my usual. Fabric could’ve had another layer along upper body for the dress or more opaque material. Not the best quality but not terrible so happy with price I paid and it still looks amazing

It’s was so bad , it’s only fit for small boobs and I pick the size i normally wear and not able to return it and it’s not correct

It was so bad I couldn’t get in contact with anyone. I emailed them multiple times. I didn’t get my package. This is terrible and I didn’t even get my money back.

I've sent 3 emails now to try and return my unworn dress that was too small and haven't had one reply.... AVOID

The dress fell apart as soon as my daughter put it in. We bought it for her formal, as soon as she put it on the mesh disintegrated. A very sad, and stressed young lady.

They said I couldn't return my product, which didn't fit and wasn't used at all.

The worst!!

I would have left no stars. This is a total scam don’t buy from this website.

I wish I could rate this company less than 1. I purchased a dress from this site believing it was a UK based business. The item arrived and the quality and style was terrible. I contacted the company to request a refund. With online sellers I always understood that I had a right to cancel as long as they were informed with the 14 day cooling period. However they refused my request for a refund, they also have do not provide an address to return the item to. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I bought a dress for £90 and it looks like a £10 dress. It arrived late and they refuse to accept a return as technically the dress isnt faulty. I'm very disappointed and won't be buying from them again

I bought a dress on this site; the dress is advertised for events such as weddings and generally for serious occasions. The quality of the fabric is terrible—it’s extremely thin, so it cannot be worn at formal events because it’s basically transparent, contrary to what the website claims where it looks solid and decent. I reached out to customer support, but they refused to accept a return. Even though I sent photos clearly showing that when wearing the dress all underwear, tattoos, etc., are visible, it just isn’t suitable for a formal event—at least not for someone like me.

Horrible customer service and the product was not as described, and fits really badly. When emailing the company they refused to give me a return as my reasons weren’t valid enough. Will never order from them again

I strongly advise avoiding this company. The item I received was nothing like what was advertised on their website — completely different in quality, style, and fit. The images and descriptions are misleading, and after contacting them to request a return, I was ignored until well after their so-called 14-day return window had passed.

The Trustpilot reviews displayed on their website appear to be fake — when you visit their real Trustpilot page (this one), there’s only one other genuine review (which mirrors my experience). This kind of practice misleads customers and may breach UK Trading Standards and consumer protection laws.

I’ve reported the company to Trustpilot, Trading Standards, and my bank. Please be cautious — this appears to be a scam site using false advertising and fake testimonials to lure people in.

I ordered a clothing item from Inaya ,when the item arrived, it looked completely different from the website photos – wrong colour and wrong fit.

I emailed the seller twice to request a refund. They refused, first saying “the clothes are designed this way” and later claiming “no refund unless faulty, and cancellation must be requested 7 days in advance.” None of this is written in their refund policy.
I have reported the case to my bank and to Citizens Advice/Trading Standards.
