Tom came when he was expected and cleaned and serviced the heat pump skillfully. He is a very pleasant chap and did a very professional job.

The team who changed our air cond were very professional

Excellent service from Inafix who look after my mother's heating system. Heating went down just before Christmas and they were brilliant in terms of sending out someone very quickly to help and problem was successfully resolved. A very nice team. Recommended.

Great work from the Inafix team and their Gas engineer Tom in particular. High quality and tidy work.

The Inafix team arrived on the date and time arranged. They were a very nice team - polite, hardworking and knowledgeable. Their job was to correct a poor heatpump installation by another company (since gone bust). They neatly and efficiently tidied up the pipework and now our system is working better than it ever has before. As an extra, the boiler was serviced and is now sparkling clean. They are expert and professional - the best - and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Inafix were helpful and efficient. They came to my house quickly when my boiler stopped, leaving me without heating or hot water.
They also sorted our commercial premises, servicing the boiler and getting radiators working that had been out of order for some years.
I highly recommend this company for both private and commercial properties.

Finally got our heating working efficiently after a having a heat pump installed by another company which left us with major defects. I would highly recommend Inafix for all your heating requirements very friendly and efficient company.

Having inherited a poor performing underfloor heating system, we decided to have the system power flushed by this company. This was carried out very efficiently by their very knowledgeable heating engineer, Tom, who made a couple of extra visits to ensure all was working smoothly. So we would most definitely recommend this company and Tom for anyone experiencing heating problems. Charlotte who's based in the office was excellent at keeping us informed of timings, etc.

Nice enough people but they told us they were unable to source a new pump for our boiler and wanted to provide a quote for a new boiler. Meanwhile another company made contact with us, they managed to get the new pump and fit it for us within the same week. I'm not sure why the new company could get the pump but Inafix couldn't - it feels quite a lot like they were more interested in charging for a new boiler than repairing our current one.

The quality and commitment level of the work carried out was excellent. The only negative was the lack of a system to remind me service was due (I used last year) however I understand that this will be implemented for next year.
