Boom lift never arrived on the scheduled day

We booked a boom lift from Iron Mountain Rentals, but it never arrived on the scheduled day.

We spent dozens of hours and thousands of dollars getting ready for the lift. When it did not arrive, it held up our planned work and left us dealing with the problems after all that prep.

Equipment needs to arrive on time when a business has people and work booked for that day. After this experience, I cannot recommend Iron Mountain Rentals.
