Generally good
Generally good. HOWEVER, I bought a Maruzen target pistol, it broke after 25 shots. I'm an experienced collector, I sent an inquiry hoping to get some support or contact info for Maruzen... after an initial response it was crickets. I also read where they used to be called Impulse, then went out of business and left customers holding the bag, that's hearsay though.

Don't buy from them / Parcel not refunded
Ordered an airsoft gun but I couldn't get it through customs. I sent it back to them and they agreed to send my money back without the shipping. After the parcel arrived to them they said that it was damaged by our customs and needed to deal with the insurance process. After more than half year later and countless attempts to contact them they don't respond to me.
They were stretching the time so it is more than 180 days and I cannot open a dispute on pay pal anymore.

Don't buy from them
I bought a airsoft gun from the website for around 400$ but it never arrived. After that I sent emails about a refund and they agreed to refund everything except the shipping fee. About 5 months have passed since then without getting my money back, even after sending multiple emails I haven't gotten any response from them. Wouldn't buy from them if I where you.
