Costly, Unoptimized Software and Alarmingly Unresponsive SupportOverall Experience

My experience with ImprintNext has been overwhelmingly negative, causing significant business risk and operational friction. The platform's integration with key third-party services led to a technical crisis due to constant, excessive, and duplicative API traffic—running more daily calls than nearly any other customer of our supplier. This unoptimized software endangered our business standing and resulted in a threat of restricted access from our supplier.

The demos worked great, however once you pay the $5,000 for the license, you realize that it doesn't work as promised, and there is no support. Andy and Scott do not return emails, the phone number on their website is fake. They show a great product, but fail to support it.

My overall experience with ImprintNext has been deeply disappointing. The software itself was very buggy and caused multiple disruptions. When my system was compromised, their team initially denied any connection. Only after I presented my findings did they acknowledge issues and commit to updates.

However, once the update and implementation process started, communication abruptly stopped. Emails went unanswered and the support I expected during a critical moment completely disappeared.

Between the buggy software, inconsistent communication, and lack of follow-through, I cannot recommend ImprintNext based on how my situation was handled.

This software and service is what I'd call scam. We wasted thousands on this software, we needed expensive fast server package to get it up to acceptable speed. The code is obviously old, possibly a legacy software taken over from some other company and then only slightly developed further every year. You will NOT actually own the code, the one time fee is just to get you on the hook. They increased the support fee to DOUBLE the original value without notifying us in advance. The support fee is approx 2000 USD for a year on top of the already charged ONE TIME fee! It's much more expensive than some actual really good systems like Zakeke (what we ended up with). I spent DAYS trying to get rid of bugs in the system with their team. I gave them really good feedback + bug reports hoping that we'd end up with a system that is at least usable. They finally used it against me and wanted to charge 900 USD for a free software update, otherwise many of the bug fixes would have been reset (overwritten) by the update. What you might miss at first glance are also the following very important concerns in the UI - the maximum design area size is what they have on their website demo! It's like a peep hole on today's screen resolutions. On top of that you will not get a proper zoom function, either. I am just so angry at myself for deciding to go with this company at first. Please, DO NOT make the same mistake. Just check the Trustpilot reviews also, they are likely writing the good ones themselves. Listen to me and the other 1 star reviews instead.

We spent ages trying to set this up and finally got it semi working, but after the support ran out (they extended it for me for a short period) but now they will not help me if I have any issues.

I also thought this would be a plug-and-play system, but I spent thousands setting it up and purchasing the software and then had to pay them thousands to rebuild my site. It still has issues and they won't help unless you pay a support fee which I think is wrong. I am going to a different software. which by the time I pay the AWS fees used to run imprint next will come out the same price but with more capabilities.

Imprintnext has taking our company to another level. their team has built a completely custom experience for our clients. I'm pumped I found them!

Worst company ever. Buyer beware. They will take your money and paint a rosy picture until your last milestone payment and then they disappear. It was a complete waste of money and time. They will tell you they provided training and all but once you make that final payment, believe me, you are on your own, feeling helpless and like you totally got took...and you did.

I just wanted to leave another review! I recommended if you're in the printing business to get on board with this app. The stock and price updates from Sanmar, Alpaha Broder and S&S active wear our a great additional add on. They respond fast and fix all issues. Just want to say thanks again!!

ImprintNext integrates seamlessly with our management software which is a must for us. The production automation tools have decreased mistakes and made turnaround faster. The advanced pricing calculator with attributes gives us improved control over margins on customizable products. Big time saver.

As a sign shop, ImprintNext gives us the flexibility we need for our diverse products. All size, shape, material or pricing, it helps us automate all the production behind the scenes. Customer can design exactly what they need and we can price accordingly.

It has been more then a year since we have been using this app. The online design tool and backend management works best for my print company. Especially we liked the supplier catalog integration. Now we can get the current price and inventory details of our blank product supplier integrated with our shop.

We saw a 40% increase in the number of orders. The design studio is easy to use. Customer could upload artwork. The best best part is they can preview their designs before placing order. Thanks ImprintNext. Especially their support team.

They dont responds you after you paid the software. Software have lots of issues. It will not working according to what you need. There is no days software dont have issue. The technical support are not responding. Supports are not working

I was skeptical about this company because some of the reviews are negative and it was a lot of upfront money. But to be honest I have been very impressed with their follow through! They have supported our onlin store long after the "support window" and are still closing support tickets on my behalf in a timely manner. Thanks to Adam, he has been a rock star for me, and very patient with me from the beginning. Taking time to give video demonstrations and screen shares when needed. I am coming to write this review months after purchase because we migrated our website and it created a huge issue with everything, including the store front. These guys are understanding and are helping to guide us through restoring the website. Glad I took the chance!

After 8+ months of working with them and nearly 100+ support tickets, I still don't have usable software. Support made bug fixes a priority for only the first few months and is non-existent now. They have completely stopped responding and if they do its something to the effect we will upgrade your site and get back to you with a timeline.

That never seems to happen. It's frustrating to pay $4000 for software that, at best would be considered a nonfunctional beta and at worst is designed to be visually appealing for the sake of making the sale and running with your money as they promise to fix all the issues until your refund window runs out. But the functionality required to make it work the way they advertise/demo it just doesn't exist or is so buggy it's not usable for a production site.

At this point, I fear we have been the victims of a scam as the company falsely advertises the available functionality and tries really hard to make you think they have some kind of presence in the US when in fact they operate entirely out of India.

As a software developer and architect of nearly 30yrs, I have worked with many offshore teams. This is by far the worst. I have provided them with countless hours of testing and information on how to reproduce the many issues that plague this poorly written software.

Anyone considering purchasing this software, please reach out to us at Black Cat Labels. I will be happy to provide proof of the countless emails and support tickets or answer any questions related to this software or any others we have used. For context, I have also paid for and evaluated several competing software programs like Fancy Product Designer, DecoNetwork, and InkSoft. Although those solutions did not provide the functionality we were looking for. They are "real" commercial products that are production ready.

Save your money. Look elsewhere for a real solution.

Hello, please before you buy a plugin from Imprint Next be aware that it's going to give you big trouble. You pay the full amount and you can try it for 30 days. The most problems start already in the beginning and then they try to support you. But after 30 days, the problems and bugs add up and you end up in a situation where you don't get your money back. Even if the plugin works poorly. One of the biggest issues that we had was the the website is getting so slow and a lot of spam is coming true this plugin.

We as a company have tried for a number of months to get their plugin working properly, but unfortunately. Even after proper consultation and a malfunctioning plugin, they do not want to refund the amount.

There is no professional communication possible with this company. In their reaction on our experience they ask us to contact them. But they don't respond at any phonecall and or email that we send for the lost couple of months.

The design studio is as easy any desktop design program, some features are even better. The support team is on point and responsive.

The work by inprintnext was carried out extremely efficiently and the team are a pleasure to work with. They are very true to their word, however there are a few communication miss-understandings which caused some minor delays.

Overall the good experience and very trustworthy company who I would work with again and would recommend
