Horrible customer service
Bought a rug that was advertised as in stock on July 16. Didn’t hear anything for days and had to reach out about dispatch. They then took two days to say it’ll be dispatched in 48 hours.
No word from them until two weeks later they said it’s been delayed (so they never had it in stock). Then said it’ll be a couple weeks away — Sept 21.
Now their website is saying pre-order for October and I’ve had to reach out to get a refund.
