Leaving another poor review. No contact from this company despite two emails now asking where my order is. Disgraceful! I’m going to be in process of reclaiming my money as this is nothing but a scam taking honest peoples money saying the item is shipped and it never turning up. Do not purchase from this company. Also No contact telephone number!

No contact despite multiple attempts!
Ordered almost 2 weeks ago postage was Royal Mail 48 hours tracked. Downloaded shop app to track parcel which shows shipped, no tracking number to use on search on Royal Mail site. I have tried to contact via email, messenger, instagram, Twitter, Facebook and phone with no answer or reply to any. I have opened a dispute for a refund via shop app. Gutted as wanted the dress for a wedding next weekend and ordered in plenty of time so wasn’t left without an outfit! Very disappointed wouldn’t recommend unfortunately. The shipping address was my sister and I was the billing address, so you have both our details.

I’m not sure what (shop app) is as I do not have that on our Shopify store. Our business phone is down at the moment. I’ve also checked our social media and don’t have any messages from yourself. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Helena

You're tracking number was sent to you via Shopify, number is LO017787017GB this can be tracked via the website www.royalmail.com As of you leaving this review on Friday 8th April 2022 tracking is showing your order being in custom in Dublin in their International Logistic Centre. Now you have sent email after email (5 in total) asking, where the item is.
I have replied to each email. I've also spoken with Shopify and they have informed me that Yes you did get a email from my store, with not only the order details when you placed the order but also the email when I added the tracking number. Now have a fabulous day. Helena.

Feeling fab in my t-shirt
I am usually a size 12, however I went for the next size up and I'm glad I did. It was a comfortable fit and not tight, which I suspect the size 10-12 would have been. The quality of the t-shirt feels nice against my skin. I loved how the package came wrapped in tissue paper with the logo sticker. The invoice /receipt had a handwritten message on it, which I felt was a nice touch. Feels like you are dealing with a person and not a company. Xx
