I ordered a Mclaren car for my son…
I ordered a Mclaren car for my son which was supposed to be for a 12 year old I received a purple Lamborghini for a 3 year old instead. Very disappointed. It was super expensive for something that I could've got for five thousand or less.

In the product description, as well as the images, it states the following:

Misleading representation of the…
Misleading representation of the product and extremely costly. Thievery would be my best description of my engagement with this company.
Your solution that you proposed require me to pay 35% shipping fee for the return (Albeit the original shipping fee was R79). This product normally cost R4129 for the front panel as falsely advertised. You charged me R12195. If I were to take your offer my total cost would be R16000 excess and I would have no front panel or any product.
Your company best description would be thieves and my only wish would be that future customers will not be affected by your continued criminal activity.

EDIT: The customer has updated the original review, with sadly completely incorrect comments.
We offered 2 options:
- Return the unit to our USA office within 30 days (and their own expense) and receive a full refund with no penalties.
OR
- We'll arrange to collect the unit, and get a refund less 35% handling fee as per our normal return policy.
There was at no stage any mention of having to pay us any additional money for any part of the process.
We would also like to highlight that we get our information directly from supplier listings, and at no stage did we alter or edit the listing - it was displayed exactly the same as it's displayed on the manufacturers website, including the images.
We do want happy customers, and have tried to offer options and assistance.
