The worse service I've ever had
The worse service I've ever had! Highly do not recommed! The doctors are arogant. After a teeth-cleaning, I was told that some fillings have to be done, but they refused to give me a plan with the prices and only insisted on making the next appointment right away, even though I repeatedly said that I will make the appointment after seeing the prices/plan of treatment and after contacting my dental insurance first. Wrote several e-mails which were just ingnored.
Do yourself a favour and avoid this clinic!

We do not recognize your description of the events.
We sent you your x-rays right after your appointment on wednesday and after that we had several mails exchanged. You were here on wednesday and we responded same day on your emails in which you responded back. It has been 2 working days since you were here and the dentist - who was sick the day of your appointment - needed to look at your x-rays before making a plan for your treatment - we did not refuse to give you a plan or an estimated price, but as you were told the dentist was on the day and she had only two working days to get this ready for you to go to your insurance-company as you stated.
We're happy to send you your dental records and x-rays again, if you wish to find another dentist or send you the treatment-plan.
