I was excited to see they were having a buy one get one chain free offer. I received the two chains and wanted to exchange one I didn't like. I was told that because this is a promotional item, it cannot be exchanged, which doesn't make sense because they're always having sales and so EVERY item is non-refundable according to that policy. Speaking of policies, nowhere in their return/exchange policy does it state that promotional items are not exchangeable/refundable. It is a SCAM. And I wanted to exchange it for a more expensive chain. They would have made MORE money.

To keep it short and sweet. The quality is very much there especially for the price. And the packaging is also awesome! I definitely will be buying again

Do not waste your money the product discretion say gold and within 2 weeks the product start turning and of course they refusing to refund or exchange

Imperium had me skeptical at first. I placed an order and after receiving it and wearing my necklaces, I realized the product was good and backed by everything the company says on their webpage. Ive made 2 other purchases (3total) I’ve worked, swam, slept, sweat and, showered all over a 3 month period in all my pieces and I still have yet to see any fading or tarnishing with the jewelry. Their jewelry is gold boned. The layer of gold you see is real. Underneath is precious metals mixed with the gold during the bonding process. It gives the jewelry a thicker layer of gold on the surface. I’ve purchased plated gold in the past that faded within a couple months. Imperium must be using quality products. I’ve put all my piece to the test, for their jewelry to truly not tarnish, the quality must be there. I get compliments all the time.

Got the 8mm Cuban chain and bracelet set and honestly blown away by the weight and quality. Feels way more expensive than what I paid for it.

I ordered from them once before and had no issues. So I thought they were legit. I tried purchasing from them again, and something was wrong with the package. I tried contacting them and still haven't heard anything from them. I've sent them 6 emails and still nothing.

My iced tennis chain was perfect for the company Christmas party. Formal enough for the setting but still had personality.

Terrible experience. Ordered before Father’s Day and it took forever to ship. The bracelets were the wrong size—twice. I had to return the gift too, just to get a replacement that still didn’t fit. They refused a refund and delayed email replies until the 15-day return window passed. Completely unprofessional. Avoid this company.

Junk sent me a broken chain, voided warranty on the replacement. New chain so tangled up and think I can’t untangle without fear of breaking it.

Horrible experience, very unprofessional, very fake looking product. I returned the chain they sent that looked horribly fake and because I returned it and didn’t like it they are refusing a refund stating it had scratches. Mind it be I sent it back the day after receiving it which I have proof of. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Order was to supposed to come within 3 business days, nothing yet and can’t get a response, at least a real response, they asked how would I rate there reply, shit it was nothing to rate, I still have not received my order, so I’m requesting a refund , but no response, feeling I’ve been scammed, there’s no number to contact them , only an email, that’s lame all in its self.

I order from the company after seeing their add on Facebook. The first chains said that they were delivered, but never were. When I contacted the customer service they said they would send out another set because of the lifetime warranty but it would not come with another warranty. I thought that was fair. The second set has still not shown. The customer service is now telling me that it will be updated in a week everytime I email them. They have an F with the BBB for a reason. Please do not waste your money.

Purchased $200 worth of jewelry on 6/13 and paid for 1-2 business day priority shipping. It's 4 days past my original arrival date and I've yet to receive my package. Waste of time!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY from this company. Placed an order June 14th, received it today and it literally started falling apart as I was taking it out of the packaging

The jewelry seems to be good guality but I purchased three chains for my husband late May to give to him Father’s Day in mid June. He opened the box and loved them but they’re unfortunately too small. They don’t carry the size we need but also won’t let me return these because I’ve had them in my possession longer than 15 days. This means if you give it as a gift or need any time to figure out if it’s right for you, you run a great risk of not being able to return.

in only a couple weeks of ownership the jewelry looks like trash!

I purchased a chain for my husband for his 70th birthday. The links were too big for him. We tried it on and put it back in the box to be returned. However they say it was scratch and cannot be returned. There was nothing wrong with the chain when we returned it but cannot get our money back. Buyer beware! I am reporting them to the better business bureau and the Attorney General. They are fraud!

Nice jewelry, but major major flaw in the casp of the man's simulated diamond bracelet! The clasp needs to be re designed! It kept falling off until I eventually lost it! I would not recommend purchasing this until the clasp is redesigned!

Most of y'all on here giving low reviews, crying bout exchanges but the reviews need to be about the QUALITY of the jewelry.Thats what everybody coming to this site are looking for! Somebody REAL please post about the QUALITY of the jewelry PLEASE. But I am taking a star away because they're not accredited with the BBB. So still y'all's fault if y'all don't check.
