I used to be a customer of ImperialPlugins for many years and across many game servers I've owned and operated. They have been the single worst platform we've ever dealt with. They have constant downtime, non-existent support when you have issues, and low-quality unmaintained plugins that they continue to sell. And you will absolutely not get a refund when the plugins you bought don't work anymore because the developer left the community many years ago.

The person who runs this business, known by the username Trojaner, will ban you and blacklist all your licenses (taking away the plugins you bought) if he decides he doesn't like you. I went to his Discord for support during the time they were down for multiple weeks. He banned me and took away my licenses after belittling and insulting me for suggesting that a business like ImperialPlugins have a backup server.

Absolutely avoid ImperialPlugins at all costs, it will save you both money and your sanity in the long run. Dropping Imperial was the best move I've ever made as a server owner.

Let me start by saying imperial plugins does not have the most solid reputation. I was skeptical about turning to them for plugins, but ultimately they have the plugins many individuals need. I have purchased one plugin from IP and it has been an utter disaster and scam. The merchant I used was Senior S. I personally really like Senior S's plugins. They all look fantastic and great on the website; however, I have quickly found out that they do not function for you once you spend the money to use them. I purchased this plugin on 08/04/22, I Immediately encountered an error that was causing the plugin to not work. This error turned out to be if I installed a required library it would break all MySQL plugins loaded on my server. For example, If I chose to include the libraries, Uconomy and PlayerInfoLib would break and no longer function. I paid $12 for a plugin to break two of my most useful and necessary plugins. Now I cannot use the plugin(medical utilities) as I need Uconomy and PlayerInfoLib. I quickly contacted support on 08/04/22 through an IP ticket which was not responded to for 2 weeks, far too long! The ticket was responded to in a one-sentence solution (that did not work) and then the ticket was immediately closed. So as of right now, my plugin is not working (and my ticket concerning the matter was closed unjustly). I have once again contacted Senior S to help me with this issue. It is also important to note I contacted Senior S directly via his discord server and his discord directly multiple times with no response. Additionally, I sought help in the IP discord and received little as I was instructed to contact the merchant(who was unresponsive). As a result of my experience with this plugin I wanted to seek a return, however, IP's return policy is done on a Merchant to Merchant basis(which is not clearly communicated to buyers), and nowhere on Senior S's Plugin page does it state his refund policy. I have no refund, no working plugin, and no answers. As of right now, I cannot positively rate this plugin or IP 👎

The site is looking great. Plenty off plugins to pick from but the Support is pretty limited from my experience. Also, you can request your own custom made plugin.

Imperialplugins is great, super active and even 3 years later I'm still getting plugin updates!
