Best decision I made with choosing Imperial Grass to transform my garden with artifical grass & tiles. From the start Neeru was very attentive & she had no problem with me changing my design ideas & adjusting quotes accordingly.
On the day I was greeted by 3 smiling friendly faces of Jean, Alberth & Manuel. They explained what they were going to be doing & kept me updated with everything. It took 3 days & I was amazed at how hard they all worked to give me such an amazing garden.
Considering there was 10 huge bags of sand, cement, etc, removing soil & cutting tiles, my house was left so clean you would not of known they were here. Such a professional & friendly company, have recommended to family,friends & neighbours. Thank you for such a great experience.

This is the second time we've used Imperial Lawns, and once again, they've exceeded our expectations. Both our front and back gardens have been completely transformed, and the results are outstanding. This company actually deserves 10 stars! I cannot express how must stress I probably caused this company, I was so anxious and asked a million questions before I finally decided to go ahead. They answered all my questions so professionally and promptly, the customer service is absolutely incredible from start to finish. The process is seamless and I completely understand why they are rated so highly on trustpilot.

It is a family run business and the attention detail is exemplary. Roberto and his team were on time, made sure to look after my home whilst the works were being done and cleaned up afterwards. The work took no more than 4 hours as my garden isn’t large but they worked so efficiently as a team (it was quite impressive to see).

We have two dogs so opted for the canine grass and it drains very quickly, is super soft and looks amazing.

I have a few more gardening projects lined up and I have no doubt that this is the company to use.

With the weather against them they carried on without a fuss. You could see they knew what they were doing from the off and didn't need any guidance.Everything they said they would do on the quote they did. Fantastic product and great service. I was looking to replace real grass with pet friendly artificial grass.
I received a very comprehensive quote which had listed all materials required for installation followed by the price within 24hrs.
A site visit a couple of days later confirmed my requirements and he even brought a sample of the K9 grass to show me.
The grass was fitted a week later even during spells of heavy rain. Jean and Eduard did a great job and were polite and attentive.
Overall, the end result far surpassed my expectations and I highly recommend imperial Grass for price, professionalism, experience and highly quality service.

They worked on our garden for five days, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The garden looks amazing, and we’re truly satisfied with the work they did for us.

Most hardworking team ever. They are so passionate about their job. Every problem that arose due to the design of our house they were so creative and fixed the problem.

They did the job in ONE Day and did not skip a step. Refused to take breaks and kept working through.

Their admin team is so efficient, replies in minutes. I would highly recommend them.
