Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I was solicited by phone by Evan. He said if I was flexible with my dates I would get a discount. They want you to give them 3 dates to choose from. I had sold our home and was closing on May 1, a Friday. I told them Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday would be fine. I was under the impression when it got close to the moving date they would call and let us know when to expect our movers. NO. I started calling the Thursday before. Josh told me he would call me back. Then he took Friday off. I called Monday. He said they had not scheduled a mover yet. I called Tuesday, several times before realizing they just weren't coming that day. I called Wednesday several times. Josh told me they hadn't found a mover yet. My contract was to move to a storage unit 2 miles away. It was for $1,052. Josh said the contract was too low and I should give the movers at least $100 cash each, because they won't come without more money. Thursday came and finally at 10:30 he gave me the name of All Hands On Moving. He said they would come between 10 and 2. I called All Hands On Moving and got the runaround. He said he was trying to get a hold of his guys. Imoving's contract says you lose 39 percent on your money if you cancel. Finally at 3:30 Ashley called and said they had a problem with their subcontractor, All Hands On Moving and they could not move me, but would refund my money, and to have a nice day. Lol. Now I had 8 hours to find a mover and move before closing the next morning. I did call College Hunks and they got me in last minute for less money. Imoving is a horrible company and will leave you hanging. They think because you are flexible with moving dates and times, it means you also are flexible with not knowing whether you have a mover or not. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL LEAVE YOU IN LIMBO FOR 3 DAYS AND THEN CANCEL!
