I love and collect Rilakkuma items, however as I live in the UK it is often very hard to find legitimate items that doesn't cost a fortune from basically importing straight from Japan or Hong Kong. I also look for items that are more interesting or unusual than just the Rilakkuma printed on a blank item (hence I'm not particularly interested in printed t-shirts or pens etc unless the item itself is unusual/unique). So I was SUPER excited when I found Imouto, who is not only in the UK, but also has lots of great, fun and different items of my favourite character Rilakkuma! I appreciate the in depth photos - again, alot of the times retailers will just use stock images so it can be hard to tell if they're going to be legitimate licensed products. The items arrived quickly, and I really liked the fact they used recyclable/biodegradable packaging, except the airbags, however I think they are probably re-used from the original Japanese packaging and I post a lot of things myself so I can just reuse them myself! Each item was neatly wrapped and protected so there was no damage. I'm absolutely thrilled with the items, they were as pictured, perfectly wrapped, sent from the UK, arrived promptly and safely, and fair prices. Basically ticks a lot of boxes and will definitely come back for more :) Keep doing what you're doing and looking forward to hopefully seeing more quirky Rilakkuma items <3 Rilakkuma #1 !!

The best website for original and kawaii goodies!

If you're looking for kawaii and licensed Japanese products; this is the website for you! The customer service is so good too! Racheal always sends a note with the order too; which is so touching. All in all don't think before ordering :)

My order arrived quickly and well-packaged in all recyclable/biodegradable materials (even the tape!)

Imouto has super cute stuff, all really good quality and genuine, and they have some items I hadn't seen anywhere else. I really like that they have stuff you can use day-to-day, like lanyards and socks, as well as things like plushies.
The owner, Rachael, was friendly when I asked her a question on Instagram too.

I'll definitely shop there again!
