ordered their stealth drone and discovered that the small plastic drone had unreadable instructions and was priced on other sites for as low as $19 yet they sell for 105 and when you order one they send 2 for a total charge of over 210. They offer 100% refund which is a total lie--- have argued with them by email for 3 weeks to get a partial refund. A Scam Criminal Company.

I ordered night vision glasses paid 72.44 and never recieved them. They are a scam don't use use them. They don't send a confirmation of the order and the don't answer their customer service number 888-806-2504.

These people are a bunch of crooks. I’ve been trying to return something for three weeks with no respons.
What to do now?

I ordered an item and, after carefully carefully answering all the additional add-on questions "No", this company added a separate charge of $19 for their VIP club.

This is a sneaky practice and should make you question the integrity of this site and what they sell.

Ordered from this company Sunday. Received order number at time of purchase but never received confirmation email. Nobody will respond through email nor their website. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. IT'S A SCAM.

The Sync Wrist fitness tracker got good reviews product, so I ordered it with one of their protection plans. The website placed my order before I could do it myself and charged me an extra $19.99 for something I did not order. The order confirmation email had information that differed from the website order screen. I called the number on the email and got a voice recording that I was the 4th caller in line. After 5 minutes on hold, another voice recording said no one was available and the call dropped. There was no way to cancel the order, and a search for the email address that sent the confirmation resulted in a horrible review on Trust Pilot. DO NOT order anything from this company. I canceled my card and am disputing the charges.

The company sent me a notification about 2 items they said I purchased and charged my account. I did not order anything from this company in my recent memory. I always take snapshots of all my transactions and I have none for this supposed order. Nor do I ever purchase extended warranties. This company is not to be trusted nor used. It is a foreign company. Company said I ordered these items on 01/03/2025. I have not ordered anything on this date

WILL REFUND YOU *ONLY* IF YOU REPORT TO BBB. Complete scam. Charged me an extra $20 to join some VIP club, which I never consented to and was not on my receipt that was emailed. Never got any shipping details so I tried to contact by email (recipient server refused requests to connect), phone ("no agents are available to take your call"), and chat (after the chatbot said it would connect me to a live agent i supposed receiving responses). They just take your money and run unless you complain to Better Business Bureau. Through them I received a partial refund and I expect a full refund based on other resolved complaints on that site.

Complete scam. Like other reviews state. Ordered air purifier, charged me $122, never received an email stating order was processed. Tried to call, "no support is available at this time" bs. Email response. After I wrote an email cancelling my order got a bogus tracking number. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Why didn't I check out this scam operation before I order a Christmas gift for my grandson? Now I'm out a hundred bucks because of these crooks! They did not ever answer my phone calls or emails. They initially sent me a "Track Shipment" email with a Tracking Number that was also illegitimate and part of the scam. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ALLEGED COMPANY!

I ordered the electronic lighter and got an email on June 3 to say that they don't ship to my country (Ireland) and that money charged to my credit card would be refunded.
It was refunded the next day, June 4.
I can only relate MY experience, which differs greatly from that of other posters here!

I ordered lighters that were advertised as being rechargeable and not using butane, and I received lighters that were not rechargeable and use butane. I asked to return them and was given an RMA number, but I shouldn’t have to pay for shipping, since this is not the product I ordered. I also received a small metal tube with tiny tools in it that I did not order. They already refunded that ($9.99) but now won’t communicate with me about the lighters (spent $70+ for two) since I put in a dispute with PayPal and they say it is “out of their hands” now. I also wrote a review on the BBB site. What a scam! I wish I had done more research instead of falling for the ad on YouTube.

I had the same experience as Nancee had, only my return was Feb 6, 2023. No response, no refund, no return of the product. imoderntrends.com is definitely a SCAM!

I purchased a # of camera/lights with the insurance. They didn't fit in the area we purchased them for.

We reached out to the company and got a return authorization and returned the cameras. I included the order #s and the Return Authorization. That was in May of 2023.

I have since written 4 emails and have still heard nothing. I know that they received the return shipment and still nothing. If you order do it at your own risk!!

I purchased 3 of the electric lighters and was delivered 3 butane lighters! They look identical to the lighters in the video advertisement on YouTube except there's no USB charging port, rather a butane port. I called them up and they gave me a 50% refund since I decided to keep them. The lady I spoke to was nice and explained they're out of stock 😉

I do not know what this platform is…did not order anything on this platform.but being charged to my credit card.

I ordered back in December 5th same as everyone else. Says a tracking number has been created but not received. I have tried to visit their website and it’s not shutdown. I can not find away to reach out to them to request a refund. Total scam! Makes me hate the holidays that scammers reallllly come out of the wood work! The world we live in just keeps getting suckier and suckier.

Now that I researched your "Scam" company, it seems that you once again, took advantage of someone.

I get that you really don't care as long as you got your lousy $90 bucks, but it's a shame that you can't put your talents into something more productive.

There is a place in Hell for people like you, and I hope you and your family all burn together for eternity.

I will start legal proceedings shortly, I don't care if I need to spend $1000 to collect 90, but it will be worth seeing you and your company behind bars.

I hope that you feel it's worth screwing people to make a living.
