Tje company is not serious communication was lacking, and I often found myself waiting for responses that never came. The quality of their service was far from what was promised, and it felt like they didn't really care about their customers. Overall, I would not recommend Immgrant Invest.

Reached out to them a 3weeks ago via WhatsApp. I had several questions of course of what support they offer etc. I got sent back a “presentation” that didn’t answer my questions. I asked again what the services they offer are and how much (8000$ per person or family btw if you’re wondering about Portugal D7 visa). And they never replied again. Would advise picking a company that actually wants your business

Professional team, straightforward process. We appreciated services like preliminary due diligence, which I think is mandatory in this particular company. The lawyers explained that it was a background check similar to what migration authorities do, therefore we knew what to expect and could be more sure to be approved. Everything was done in a timely manner.

Initially the communication was a bit lacking, which left me feeling uncertain. I think they expected me to already know what to prepare for (I was looking to relocate to Dubai)? I also didn't receive the prompt callback after leaving my information as promised. But they were very apologetic after I expressed my concerns, and eventually Zlata took over my case. She was incredibly attentive, and it was smooth sailing the rest of the way. I received a Golden Visa with her assistance. The firm's fees were fair also.

Nothing but great experience , I just received my EU residence card 6 months after taking my business to Immigrant Invest . Naturally was nervous back then with the finance part , but my agent helped with the budget allocation and house hunting . Appreciated the support from start to finish that I received , everyone was super pleasant and even made sure I'm all settled with my citizenship after all these years ! P S. My program was the golden visa kind where you get a residence permit first and then apply for permanent residence or citizenship
