Mario attended our special school in Gloucester on Friday 5th June 2026. Prior to attendance, his communication was clear and quick, and he understood the varying needs of our pupils well. He gave very clear instructions for his arrival to ensure the day could go smoothly, and arrived in plenty of time to be ready for the first group of pupils. The shows were as planned, there was a huge variety available on his website and these were perfect for us. Mario understood the needs of our pupils well, ensuring plenty of time for entry and exit of all wheelchair users, and that some pupils needed to move around during the showing. This is our second visit from Mario and Immersive Theatres, and we would not hesitate to rebook him in the future. Highly professional and kind. Thank you.

We recently had the pleasure of hosting Immersive Theatres and their travelling planetarium at our school, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience for both the children and staff.

Over two days, every class had the opportunity to take part in immersive sessions led by our brilliant host, Mario, who was engaging, knowledgeable and wonderful with the children. The sessions took the children on incredible journeys — exploring space, learning about satellites, and even diving under the sea to visit an aquarium.

The excitement from the children said it all. We heard comments like “I want to live here!”, “I wish it could take off!” and “Can Mario come back again next week?” — which really shows how much they loved it.

The planetarium experience captured their imaginations and made learning feel like a real adventure. It’s something our pupils and teaching team will be talking about for a long time.

We would highly recommend Immersive Theatres to any school looking to create a truly memorable and engaging learning experience. Thank you, Mario, for such a wonderful visit!

Mario was fantastic! The session was extremely well organised and he was calm and collected with the children throughout. I received very positive feedback from all of the classes that experienced the dome. It was clear that he has a real wealth of knowledge and the children learned a lot. We had a fantastic experience booking the digital dome workshop. Communication via email throughout the whole process was easy, and Mario was always very helpful. Everything ran smoothly on the day.

The workshop was exactly what we were looking for to support our Year 6 theme on Climate Action. The children were fully engaged and absolutely loved the immersive dome experience – many of them wanted to go straight back in!

Mario offers a really professional service and is extremely knowledgeable. His passion and enthusiasm is obvious and all the children thoroughly enjoyed their dome experience. This is the second time we have booked Mario to visit our school and will definitely book him again.

Mario brought the Immersive Theatre dome into our school for our Year 1 and Year 2 pupils. We did sessions on Space and the Arctic and both year groups thoroughly enjoyed the sessions and did not want it to end! Mario was very accommodating in such a large and busy school and everything ran like a well-oiled machine! Will definitely be booking it again in the future and recommending to colleagues.

We love Mario and the Planetarium. Mario is so kind to the children and encourages their knowledge to shine through. Every child was fully engaged and had a wonderful time.

Mario came to our school this week for the 2nd year in a row and I would highly recommend. I had positive feedback from all the staff involved and the children were really engaged and loved the whole experience (Nursery, Reception, Year 1 and Year 6). Staff also enjoyed a bit of relaxation at lunch time!

Mario is clearly very passionate about what he does. Not only did he clearly want the children to enjoy the experience, but he took such pride in educating them on the imagery they were watching. This sparked their interest, led to questions and encouraged discussion. The imagery was sensation and a hugely enjoyable experience for our youngest pupils, to our oldest and staff. We were very comfortable throughout and would highly recommend this to others.

We received the 7m dome in our school and our children absolutely loved it.
I recomend it to any Science teacher or Science Lead wanting to make their STEM or Science Week more engaging or to add an extra spark to your subject.
With the 7m dome we were able to give the opportunity for our whole school (460 children) to visit. Additionally, during lunch the adults had the opportunity to visit and relax inside, as well.

We booked the 3M dome and ran three sessions for our Cubs Scouts and Beaver Scouts as part of a space camp. Each session was suited to the age group and our young people were captivated. Mario answered all of their questions immediately and instantly brought up relevant photos and videos.

I booked a 6m planetarium dome for my school and it was absolutely incredible! Mario was amazing at communicating all the information required and even set up a schedule for each year group and what they would be learning in the dome. It was such a fantastic day! We hope to see Mario and his dome again!

Mario, and the space programme he delivered was excellent from the outset.

Mario was great from the very first communication.
Explained everything clearly and communication was timely. On the day, everything was well organised and on time. The children were so engaged even from the introduction talk and all needs were catered for. I would definitely recommend Immersive Theatres.

The EYFS and year 5 children at our school had a wonderful experience with Mario and the Planetarium Dome. They learned lots and Mario's questioning was excellent!
