My experience with IV was very good
My experience with IV was very good. They are very responsive to emails, which is a big plus. In the end, I returned my purchase as it wasn't suitable, but they refunded me promptly so no complaints at all.

We are very sorry that your order could not be fulfilled due to the item being unexpectedly out of stock.
As soon as we were notified of the inventory discrepancy by the brand, we contacted you straight away and issued a full refund within a few days of your order being placed. We have since temporarily removed the affected styles while the stock integration issue is being resolved to prevent this happening again.
We completely understand how disappointing this must have been and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. We truly hope you might consider giving us another chance in the future, as this is certainly not the experience we aim to provide.

Absolutely loved the two pairs of shoes I bought. They are beautiful made and so stylish! It can be hard to find quality vegan shoes that don't look cheap but these guys absolutely nailed it. Will definitely be buying from them in the future

Impossible to return
Impossible to return. Such A Mess and no help. I didn’t return, just threw the shoes to the trash. First and last time that I order from you.

We responded to each of your messages and provided detailed step by step return instructions in line with the brand’s international returns policy. We also contacted the brand directly on your behalf to request a prepaid return label with courier collection, even though this is not part of their standard procedure.
A return label for drop off at any local post office was subsequently arranged for you, in accordance with the brand’s policy.
We are genuinely sorry that this process felt stressful, as this was never our intention.

As a marketplace working with independent vegan brands, return policies — including whether subsidised returns are available — are set individually by each brand.
While some of our partners are able to offer free returns, others, including Minuit sur Terre, are unfortunately not currently able to provide prepaid return labels for US customers.
We truly recognise how important accessible returns are and are actively working with our brand partners to improve this wherever possible. In the meantime, we have reached out to you directly to see how we can support you further.

I ordered the pair of shoes and unfortunately they were a size too small. I had no issue with the returns. The customer service is fast and friendly. We quickly arranged the return. In meantime I ordered the a differrent pair in bigger size and they fit perfectly.
