IMG will never pay what they owe you !!
IMG are still refusing to pay out the full amount for missed ports cover. 2 missed ports and 2 named policy holders = £400. IMG have paid out only £200 and we had to wait ages for that.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY TRAVEL INSURANCE FROM ANY COMPANIES THAT USE IMG FOR THEIR CLAIMS HANDLING. THEY WILL DO ANYTHING THEY CAN NOT TO PAY OUT !!
