The service itself is okay and does what it promises.
However, the “Cancel Subscription” button does not work.

I contacted Support about this, but never received any response. I then tried to find any information about the company or "Shane Steven, the software developer behind ImgLarger" on LinkedIn or elsewhere online - nothing. Their Twitter/X account appears to have been suspended. At this point, it’s unclear who is actually behind the service and how to resolve billing issues.

The only remaining option is to delete the entire account, even though there are still unused credits, which is not cool.

Overall, this feels misleading and unsafe. I would not recommend using a service where you can’t properly cancel your subscription or get support.

Wish I had read these negative reviews beforehand. The actual software was mostly ok, but I notice that despite having an active subscription, my monthly credits have never renewed. Customer Services also seems non-existent. I have e-mailed them but have not even had an acknowledgment e-mail, let alone managed to get hold of anyone to help with my account issue. No support offered. I cannot recommend this company.

I've used Batch Image Resizer only twice for now (2x 10 images). I'm truly impressed by the speed, and I don't see any degradation. I will be using this feature again and I intend to explore Imglarger.com's other tools and editors. (This is my 1st Trustpilot review!)

I've been using ImgLarger to resize a bunch of images, and it works great. It's really easy to use, and I can resize multiple images at once. The quality is good, and it’s saved me a lot of time. I really appreciate its daily free credits for free users. If you are a logged in free member, you get 50 credits. That allows me to test the service without a cost before I decide to subscribe. which allows you to enjoy many of its features.

I tried the latest version and really like the current design and features. the AI uncrop tool is great. Sure, imglarger would be even better if the developers could consolidate all the AI features into one toolbar or channel to make it easier for users to apply any AI effects qucikly.

Imglarger recently introduced some great updates, and my favorite is the batch image resizing feature. As an e-commerce store owner, I often need to resize hundreds of product photos quickly. With this new tool, I can resize them all in seconds, saving me a ton of time and effort.

It used to be very good. But as of right now (November 2024), I cannot recommend it at all. It needs updates and it is downright bad.. The upscaler doesn't work 90% of the time, the removal of an object is a pain when other applications work flawlessly with it, the sharpening is a joke, the list goes on. It used to be good, but I guess where other apps got updated, this one didn't.

It's a real shame because I've been using this application for such a long time. I guess the developers simply gave up on it.

It was ok for a while. I then was paying for nothing. I wasn't able to upscale but they still took my money. I contacted them many times but heard nothing. I deleted my account.

It was fine but because I stopped using it often enough, I have cancelled yearly renewal. For two months already, until September I cannot process any request after login in. They literally ripped me off over 4 month paid in advance! No customer service. Asked about my email change, nobody ever replied.

This company is very fishy.
I asked to add my VAT number to invoices - no answer.

You are able to download only the last invoice and when you do it can't be opened because the file has an unknown extension that can't be opened at all.

No overwiew of all invoices, seems illegal

Excellent tools to change low resolution photos to high resolution.

Doesn't deliver on its promises , makes you sign up for nothing.

This site used to be really good however in the last few months the quality is horrible. You're better off enlarging it in photoshop or photopea & sharpening. Every image i try to increase in size i cannot use. Will need to find a better site to enlarge my images now.

Buy the year plan, the website "create" an account for you at the transaction, but you can't access to it. They charge you immediately, hopefully paypal is here. If you wanna try, try with paypal.
