So disappointed with our chairs and sofa manufactured by IMG and brought from a local retailer in the UK.
Within a sort time the padding on the sofa seats went flat and the mechanism on one the chairs broke.
As the furniture was still within the warranty we contacted the local retailer. They responded promptly and came out to assess the damage.
They agreed that both faults were genuine and said they would contact the manufacturer to arrange for the faulty items to be fixed.
It has now been over 5 months. The retailer informed us this is due to the lack of response from IMG. As a result, we decided to contact IMG directly. However, despite 3 emails over the last month IMG have not even acknowledged us.
We paid a lot of money for this furniture as it was meant to see us well into our old age. We'll it's lasted all of 18 months !!!

So bad service. Furniture arrived a month later and in very bad condition, nothing like the photos. Not clear about the condition of the furniture and extremely high prices compared to quality.

Excellent place for high end furniture very discounted, like final sales. I bought a couple of chairs that I couldn't find anywhere else in internet, pretty happy with the service and the result. I hope it last forever.
