They are scam! They charged us $800 for USA today feature and gave us sample in the beginning that they will get us a featured placement on USA Today original website. In one month the didn’t deliver anything and we lost our client. After asking for updates again and again they gave us a fake link of usatoday.com.pl which isn’t in any case the original link of USA Today or have any relationship with their original website. Also it’s not been indexed and coming up on google and it’s just created to scam people.
The team denies the fact that it’s scam and now they stopped responding for almost a month even they were convinced for refund.
We trusted them blindly without reading their reviews on trust pilot and we got this result. Hope the buyers first see their reviews then purchase products online.
Never recommend any of their services as they first will have instant communication and after payment they gets silent and don’t reply.
I should’ve read the reviews here first. But I didn’t. This is a scam business operation. DO NOT fall for them. They will take your money and will not deliver. It’s not worth the risk. Do not, do not fall for anything they say. They have taken my money and have not delivered on anything.
They take your money and never respond. They took 1500$ from me and never responded to any emails. They will say that they will get it published in outlets but they never do. They’ll come up with some excuse and never publish it.
I ordered the “Featured on NBC News” package from imcwire.com to publish our press release on the NBC News website. Initially, I received an automatic notification stating that our PR status had been updated to “Approved.” However, shortly afterward, the status was changed to “Rejected.”
No one informed me by email that our press release had been rejected. I contacted support and was told that they could not publish our press release on the NBC News website. I then asked the manager either to refund the money or to credit the amount to my account so I could choose another package. The manager replied that they could credit the funds to my account for an alternative package. After that, communication from their side simply stopped. No refund, no credit, and no further response.
A week later, I followed up in the same email thread with support(at)imcwire(dot)com, but received no reply. I then started a new email thread and contacted both support(at)imcwire(dot)com and ceo(at)imcwire(dot)com. After several emails, support responded that they could not issue a refund but would credit the amount to my account. Once again, nothing happened — no credit, no refund, and no further communication.
I sent multiple follow-up emails and was completely ignored. I also contacted Orders(at)imcwire(dot)com and wrote directly to ceo(at)imcwire(dot)com again. The $650 we paid has neither been refunded nor credited to my account. There has been no response.
Additionally, I use email tracking and can see that the CEO has opened my emails several times, yet I have been deliberately ignored.
This company owes us $650. In my opinion, imcwire.com operates as a scam disguised as a press release distribution agency. They take payment, fail to deliver the service, and do not return the money. Based on my experience, I agree with other reviewers who have described this company as fraudulent.
IMCWire is a scam, $1,450 taken with no service delivered. Avoid at all costs.
Here is what happened:
On December 10, 2025, we hired IMCWire to distribute a press release with promised placement on Bloomberg. They failed to secure the placement and after this point, all communication from their side stopped entirely.
The lack of transparency and repeated delays had serious consequences. Our client lost confidence in our professionalism and delivery capabilities, which directly harmed an established client relationship.
The most unethical part is that after formally requesting a refund, we received no response whatsoever. To date, the $1,450 has not been returned.
Stay away!
