I’m grateful to IMC for the outstanding support throughout my learning journey. Their guidance and well-structured training programs helped me successfully complete my Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Green Belt, and Black Belt certifications, as well as my PMP training. The trainers were knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to clarify concepts with practical examples. The course materials, interactive sessions, and continuous encouragement made the entire experience smooth and valuable. I highly recommend IMC to anyone looking to enhance their professional skills and certifications through a reliable and professional training institute.

I’m associated with IMC over the past 7 years as a freelance trainer delivering various Process Quality Management Training programs and certifications.

All through these many years the IMC team has demonstrated a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to quality.

Would like to put a note of appreciation for 2 people :

* Ms. Prachi Kamble – For continuous exceptional training operations coordination, making every certification program well-organized and seamless with adjustments as required. She is always available for any kind of help. Always she is available for communication.

* Mr. Shobhit Sharma – For maintaining strong financial process control in releasing timely payment. Always he is available for communication.

But of late I could see quite a few impositions on the trainers which at times I feel a bit of botheration. Lot of Dos and Don’ts been imposed, like maintaining IMC Background Screen, Display of Timer during break. I sense something towards a bit of micro management with the trainers. I feel especially for trainers who are associated for long should be given a free hand. These are still okay to maintain but the latest one shared on maintaining Attendance records for each session I guess is a bit of botheration. In many of my sessions, I do have 60+ people joining. Taking attendance of so many people during or after the session is a timely affair and I feel should ideally be handled by IMC support people only, not necessarily by the trainer.
Also received a message from IMC during a Training program to share a Group Photo of the full group of participants and IMC would publish the same on LinkedIn or elsewhere. But since the last 3 batches I haven’t seen a single Batch of mine being published whereas I could see this done only for some selected or possibly preferred trainers. I guess all trainers should be treated equally.
It has been a truly rewarding and learning collaboration, and I look forward to continuing this association. Highly recommended for both trainers and learners seeking a structured and professional certification experience.

As Dheerendra (Dave), writing from Canada, I feel genuinely privileged to share my experience with IMC. I have been working as a trainer for the AI-powered Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Master Black Belt programmes for the past three years, and I still find myself grateful for the day I was given the opportunity to join this remarkable organisation.

What truly distinguishes IMC is its people. The entire management and support team foster an environment that feels less like a workplace and more like an extended family. It has been nearly 3 years since I started handling Six Sigma sessions as freelance trainer for IMC. It has been a wonderful journey so far and am enjoying every moment of my association with IMC.
