I had a problem with my software

I had a problem with my software. After I asked for support and got even on a sunday a very fast answer. The service people were able to solve my problem fast.
I`m glad and thankful that my problem could be solved so quick.

Easy license trasfer to new phone

Been using iMazing for awhile. Recently purchased a new iphone and customer service quickly responded over the Christmas Holiday to transfer my software license to my new phone. Great service and a great product!

Lucas responded the day after…

Lucas responded the day after Christmas. He was very thorough explaining how I can delete my iMessages on my phone after I downloaded them onto my PC.
His email tone showed that he takes his customer support role seriously.

I was reinstalling the software and…

I was reinstalling the software and needed to reset my license. Customer support representative Michael was very prompt with resetting the license. The whole process was smooth and efficient thanks to his support. Excellent customer service!

Only seconds to convert 1300 pages of iMessages to word text

After having to purchase an external drive for the original backup due to insufficient space...the product exceeded my expectations!!! One click to copy 1300 pages of texts and 1600 attachments was done in mere seconds!!! I love how the attachments were labeled and easy to "insert" into the word text file...would have been nice if it all happened simultaneously without having to drag each attachment into the word text file but pleased I have captured everything I wanted to!!!

The customer service department of iMazing

The customer service department of iMazing is absolutely wonderful. From the time I purchased iMazing, I have received prompt support within less than 24 hours of messaging them. After more than 1 and a half years, I reached out to them and they were absolutely amazing in giving me all the needed information that I requested.

Apple’s native tools and iCloud do not offer features such as backup snapshots, selective restores, or fine-grained access to device data. The same applies to local data transfers on macOS, where Apple does not provide user-controlled tools comparable to what iMazing delivers. Building and maintaining these capabilities requires sustained engineering effort to keep pace with Apple’s platform evolution.
