I buy three clay 3 second to none…

I buy three clay 3 second to none cream to power foundation all the time i just wonder why you can't get discount on more than three products or free shipping because i can no longer find this product in the store any more Thank GOD i can find it here i love it

Excellent Customer Service!

I was sent the incorrect color of a product. I contacted customer service and they politely and quickly corrected the mistake. I so appreciate the excellent customer services Iman Cosmetics has and will continue to purchase the fabulous products they offer!

No customer service at all

No customer service at all. They sent me damaged products and I returned them and didn’t get a refund nor an exchange. I wrote them numerous emails. Their is no customer service phone number. Shame on this company for stealing people hard earned money. I would have given them a zero star if there was such a thing. Do not buy from them bc if something is wrong you are on your own.

No Customer Service

I placed an order for foundation. The color was much lighter than pictured. My issue is there is no Customer Service or support . Cannot exchange the product. So be warned, you are stuck with the product. I am disappointed because I was excited I was ordering Iman makeup and could not wait to receive the product. Never imagined, it would be a bootlegged company.

IMAN Cosmetics are EXCELLENT

IMAN Cosmetics are EXCELLENT! I have loved her Cosmetics since the 1st launch in the 90's! Clay 1 & Clay 2 have been my foundation colors for the last 20+ years! I also where Clay Light/ Medium Powder. Her lipstick colors are all perfect & her Skin Care Line has been my favorite Skin Care Line especially for the price verses quality for 20+ years! I wish the Skin Care Line was more consistent in availability. I have had to search for the products many times. IMAN you have excellent products, keep doing what you do! KUDOS for the care & detail you have put into your Cosmetics. I definitely feel your products have been underrated!

Iman needs to do better

I really love the powder foundation, the lack of customer service is bothersome. There's no number to call and when you send an email no one responses. I also dont like you cant get this in any stores anymore I use to be able to get this foundation at target, Walmart now you can only get it online
