FANTASTIC!
I've moved some 20 times in my adult live - military and civilian - and this one was the best. From the very beginning, Arturo was friendly and respectful, as was the entire team when they arrived. This is SO important as a single woman. Ladies, you know what mechanics and contractors can be like...NONE of that condescending attitude here. Arturo and his team were gentlemen, and hard-working ones at that, thoroughly wrapping and handling my items with care. Of all the tips I've paid movers, these guys earned in more than any others.
Additionally, Arturo and his team own the company, which means the literal owners are onsite to manage everything. No unknown subcontractors are going to show up and you won't sit on hold on some 1800 phone numbers. It was so refreshing to have the personal touch of working with the same people throughout the entire process.
I 100% recommend Imagine Moving. I've already booked them again for future service I'll need in a few months in another state. It is SUCH a relief to not have to worry about finding movers for that. These guys are great, and you won't regret it.
