Not being able to delete my account

Not being able to delete my account and poor ai features for free users
When a site makes it difficult for you to delete your account then you should avoid them and be suspicious of such practices.

Beware of similar sites without the option to immediately delete your account. There is no excuse to make ppl wait in 2025 we are not living in the 80s with cabinets full of files for administrators to sift through.

This is what you get below a three stage section to show the process is complete and i'm at the first stage absolutely inexcusable and absurd.

Update they have yet to inform me via email that they have deleted my account. Never use this company. They replied to my original review with a generic ai statement without reading or addressing the point i raised which is I WANT MY ACCOUNT TO BE DELETED.

I only want to hear from them via email confirming they have deleted my account. Until they do i dont want to hear another generic response that fails to resolve the matter immediately.
