These people somehow have retained my…

These people somehow have retained my credit card information from when I tried their product in November, but canceled the subscription when I found out they charged me $39.95 a month, a week after the trial was up. I canceled and closed the account, and now I have been being charged every month since, and I can't get a hold of anyone to remove the subscription and get refunded. What a nightmare!
