I keep getting spam calls and emails from this company despite not ever doing business or even reaching out to them for anything.

I have been working with Melissa Stein. I asked her to work on a logo for our company. I had worked with signs of Oklahoma in the past and they were wonderful. That is why I went back here. Melissa refused to do any work and asked us to design the logo ourselves since she could not come up with any design ideas for the logo. When we suggested some changes that needed to be made inorder to finalize the logo, Melissa refused to make these corrections. She stated any more corrections on the logo we would have to pay $25 more.
When you go here the first thing they do is take your money. Then they will start doing your work whenever they want in my case they did not start until one week after visiting the office.

I feel duped. I feel this lady just took my money and refused to do my work. She is very courageous. stealing people's money in plain sight. Thinking nothing will happen to her.

Working with Image 360 turned out to be a wonderful experience. Image 360 representative Ms. Lee was always helpful, on time, and very professional. All questions and concerns that were raised, were answered promptly. The final project was completed on time and turned out to be great!
