I used the trial service and cancelled , but I noticed two charges on my credit card for their service. $65 CAD ! I will be filing cases with my credit card company. BEWARE.

Be careful, they are scammed 100% , they took from my Mastercard 40 euro and they charged me for one service threw times at the same day . As a plus they are forcing to place a review to got the file already paid for .. will make sure to start legal case against them .

After paying 55p for a quality upgrade to a single photograph a few days ago, the company has now stuck me an additional £34 membership fee I did not ask for and did not know was part of the deal. Trustpilot describes Images.net as having 'a heavily-criticised business model' with a rating of 2.5 stars. And I agree with that. Beware sharp practice if you use their service. I won't use them again and I'm not paying them £34 for one photo!

BE CAREFUL ALL, ITS A FRAUD!!!! DON'T PUT YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD DETAILS ON THAT SITE. they charged me once a $1 usd for an image scaling, but after few days they used my card to charge me $50 usd for nothing.
Stay away, and someone from their country should report the police about them.

DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, USE THIS SITE!
I resized a small photo on what i thought was a free platform. I then stupidly paid what I thought I was charged, $1.17 or something similar as I was in a hurry. Before I could download my paid item I had to write a review for their services, which I couldn't fairly answer.

I then had $70 taken from my bank account. When I went back onto the website I found I had an account set up, which I did not authorise, at $70 per month! I contacted the company and they said I had subscribed. I told them they were scammers and that I would take it to our ombudsman and they then said they would refund my money. They have now refunded $35.

I have taken off my card details and shut down my "account". Horrible scam. I will still take it to the ombudsman.

⭐ Very disappointing subscription experience

I tried the My Images subscription on Images.net and honestly regret it. The service feels misleading and overpriced.

The pricing and subscription terms are not transparent. It’s not clearly explained that after limited usage you are pushed into a paid subscription, and many features are locked behind a paywall. This creates the feeling of being tricked rather than informed.

Another frustrating part is that you’re asked to leave a review before you can even properly access or evaluate the final results. Forcing users to rate the service just to unlock content is extremely dishonest and unprofessional.

On top of that, the subscription price is far too high for what you get. Similar or better image tools are available elsewhere for free or at a much lower cost.

Overall, the service prioritizes aggressive monetization over user experience. I would not recommend this subscription to anyone.

Don't go near this site. They will take your money even if you think you have cancelled

I WAS WITHDRAWN 39.95 CHF ONE WEEK AFTER USING THE SITE FOR A SO-CALLED ONE-MONTH SUBSCRIPTION, WHICH I HAD NEVER ASKED FOR. THE SITE DOESN'T WARN YOU IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY SUBSCRIBE YOU FOR STH.

Claims free upscaling, but pushes you into a paid plan, I would not trust they would cancel the plan after this due to the false advertising of Free upscale.
