Never received my order or refund

I was really excited to order a pair of Tabi for my partner's birthday, but unfortunately had a bad experience with them. I ordered on Sept 27 and received a shipping confirmation on Oct 7. I tracked my order that whole month and it didn't move so I contacted them on Nov 1. Their communication is horrible. I asked about my order and was told it was lost in transit and was offered an exchange or a refund. I was glad they offered so I chose a refund. It's been a month now and still no response. Of course, I followed up numerous times and even messaged them on Instagram but no response. I checked the tracking number recently and says my order never left the warehouse. So I'm not sure what happened. I hope they reply soon and maybe miraculously receive my order still.

The perfect gift

We wanted something special for the family for the holidays (getting everyone a pair), and were concerned we wouldn't get everything in time. The staff was super responsive from the get go and came through with bells on.

Definitely one of the comfiest pair of shoes I own now, and everyone got a kick out of them! Couldn't recommend ilysm more!

Great product and nice packaging

Great product and nice packaging. I received some free covid masks from them made from the same materials as the sneakers and I've worn them everyday for almost two years and they look brand new still!

Repeat customer - tabi 4 life

I really enjoyed my first pair of sock sneakers from the brand, and especially that they include extras like socks and a big cool tote bag. I've placed 3 orders with the brand and each has been better than expected, the shoes are extremely comfortable and seem to hold up very well.

I placed two orders with this company and received neither

I placed two orders with this company. My first order was placed April 13th. The item wasn't listed as out of stock at that time. 3 days passed and it hadn't shipped so I contacted the company via fb messenger. By the 17 I had received a refund because the item was out of stock. I was offered a small discount on my next order if I decided to forego the refund and take a tabi of a different color. I obviously chose the refund. My second order was made May 22, they were a preorder that was to ship June 28th. Then that date was pushed back to July 5th, then to the 14th. And now, as of July 16th, they're expected to ship on the 19th. I am not hopeful. I am committed to waiting as these were a birthday present from my husband. If I do receive my tabis I'll never purchase from this company again. In the future I'll buy Japanese only
