I had a valid complaint and customer services did not deal with it very well at first.
When I told them that I was not impressed they gave me a refund. This should have been handled much better the first time.
Delivery was quick. Meals are tasty. Have not tried the noodles yet

I ordered from them after having tried one of they're noodle pots and I can honestly say ill definitely be ordering again 100% yummy food

I am not requiring gluten-free, but am avoiding added sugar, and quite a few of the illumi meals satisfy that criterion. They can be left in the office, in the car boot, at my parents' house, for those occasions when I suddenly find I need a quick meal. Ordering online is simple and delivery is always when you expect.

Lovely and tasty food. Really recommending it . Just wish it could be a bit cheaper.

Great range of gf and junk free food that is quick and great tasting, you dont feel bad as you know its proper ingredients gone into it rather than a lot of other processed ready meal. There is plenty of choice from English food to Chinese to indian, would recommend.

I purchased the Tom Yum Gai Rice Noodles and followed the instructions to cook. It says pour boiling water and replace lid. When i did this the pot exploded and the boiling water went all over me and burnt my hand. I was fortunate this did not explode in my face. Very disappointed and painful.

The food is excellent and the delivery times are really, really fast. I thought that the shipping to Europe was a bit expensive, but since orders are usually delivered in less than 24h, I can't complain.

The soups are also very tasty, but the size of these portions could be a bit larger. I think the soups are a bit expensive, specially when compared to the rest of the meals.

I am yet to find a single piece of bone in the food... which means the whole food portion is eatable. Not a single bit goes to waste.

Ilumi constantly runs promotions so you can get a few good deals, regularly.

Trying the dishes were really tasty , with being a working mum , i dont really have time to cook , so to actullary find a company as illumi i was so pleased , quick easy to do , my faviourite so far is the slow cooked lamb cassarole , deffintaly recomend

I think these meals are great! They are so convenient, I leave some in my desk at work, staples like the chilli con carne are always in my kitchen cupboard. Sad that some of my favourites, the ones with mutton and rose veal, have disappeared, but understand that some people are more conservative in their taste.
Delivery is always prompt, and carefully handled.

I placed my first order with them having tried a selection of the meals which were purchased from Aldi's supermarket. Ordering direct seemed the only way to get the meals.
The initial ordering is very straight forward with next day delivery. This was great, however I missed the delivery and so had to wait 5 days before I could collect from my post office.
When j collected the package I knew something was wrong because of the smell. One of the packs had a hole in which had then spiller its contents over the whole order.
I contacted ILUMI to explain and they were quick to send out the One replacement pack but no apology for the state of the contents and that I was left to clean all the food packaging before storing it. The other issue was the expiry dates on some meals were only a matter of weeks away. This wasn't good as they were ordered to take away with me.
No response from the complaint team.
Food is lovely though and really tasty. Just a shame about the state of the packaging.

first class, always 100% fast delivery, great food, rice is the best ever.

I find many of your dishes too spicy but the ones I like I like a lot! Living alone and aged 80 I find them very handy. I would like more dried rice noodles, where have they gone to?

Although delivery was quick the website is very poor. It is impossible to maintain the option to exclude certain ingredients for more than one choice at a time. Very time consuming, I gave up in the end. It also seems they include rice flour and corn starch in a lot of products. I am on a strict paleo diet and wonder if they might consider substituting tapioca/almond/potato flour instead.

I love this food its very tasty an gluten free delivery was a acceptable times wait they kept me informed all the way thru however the box it came in was a little battered looking but stuff inside was fine

the meals are awesome. as a vegetarian there are plenty of choices. the Veg biriyani and Spanish rice are my favs. I have ilumi meals daily. Healthy, well put together meals that I find are good value. I rely on them.

I enjoy all the Ilumi Meals. The portion size is very helpful when you are watching the calories as well as managing a gluten and dairy free diet. The new noodle pots are an excellent addition. I sometimes add left over chicken or veg to make them more of a meal. Thank you Ilumi.

Apart from the fish stew/soup which my husband didn't find to his taste, other meals enjoyed. Good to have some gluten free options
