Wallpaper quality is good delivery was quick but even with the same codes for all 3 rolls they are not the same meaning I can not finish the room as it looks stupid won't be using again considering its £30 a roll

Good quality wallpapers.
This is the second time I have ordered wallpaper samples.
The size of the samples are a good size and true to colour.
The first order for the sage wood effect wallpaper sample was delivered quickly. This was good quality wallpaper, not flimsy like most.
We then placed an order for 3 rolls again came very quickly.
I didn’t hesitate in ordering more samples ready for our next project. Would highly recommend this company.

I ordered wallpaper that was delivered and left on door step but when I got home the parcel was not there contacted I love wallpaper about my missing purchase and got one reply then nothing no refund or apology. I have ordered many times before but was very disappointed this as had to go get replacement wallpaper and spend more money poor customer service.

We did respond to your enquiry on 12 May and sent instructions to help us investigate the missing parcel with Evri, including a declaration form required by the courier. Unfortunately, we haven’t yet received the completed form back.
It’s possible our email may have gone into your spam or junk folder, so please check there if you haven’t seen it. Once we receive the completed declaration, we can continue the investigation and work towards a resolution as quickly as possible.
