Dear Mary, As communicated via Mail, your order has been sent to Ireland and is presumably at customs at the moment. We can't do anything about this, we can only start an investigation after 40 days. We also find this annoying and have not been bothered by this in other years, seems to be a consequence of Brexit.

Three of the dahlias I ordered was unfortunately all dried out and broken. Two were in really good shape but the rest was not very impressive, alive but not good. They will for sure grow nicely during the season but I had higher expectations.
The customer service has been really good so it is the delivery which was not living up to my expectations.
