Ordered a unicorn cake and cupcakes for…

Ordered a unicorn cake and cupcakes for my daughter's birthday. The cupcakes were flipped over on delivery and the cake had been put in a box too small for the base so was crushed. I tried to call them repeatedly but couldn't get a response and the delivery driver does not work for them so would not get involved or take the ruined items back. I had to get a new cake 30mins before guests arrived, daughter distraught. They emailed me that day to offer me a new cake, but never bothered to call so I did not see it till later in the evening after the party. I had to chase them for 4 days for a response regarding a refund and was told I had to return the cake for a refund. I am digging the cake out the bin after 4 days and driving an hour to give them it back out of principle, but this is what they want! Do not buy from them, it will be a mess and you will be expected to travel it back to them even if you have paid for delivery from over an hour away.

beautiful but not tasty

The cake i requested was a blue birthday cake which was delivered quickly and on time, the cake was beautiful, however the inside of the cake was dry and old. The guests did not like it… additionally, the blue coloring was so intense it stained everyone blue, my boyfriend even pooped blue the next day!!! I also woke up with a rash which won’t go away two days now… we felt poisoned and we paid 100 euro

Erg teleurstellend …

I was so happy to find a cake shop that could deliver within a short time frame but upon delivery couldn’t be more disappointed. The cake was packaged in a box that was too big, which resulted in the cake moving around in the box and being damaged on the side. The writing - which is charged extra - was faded, as though it hadn’t been stored/ transported under the right conditions. I emailed customer service and sent two reminders, but haven’t heard from them. This was 1,5 weeks ago and although I realize it’s been the holiday period, I would expect they’re working as cakes can still be ordered. Very disappointing.
