Disappointing... and then great customer service!
Unfortunately, although my order was well packaged, one of the jars was damaged and leaking. I have twice emailed the company to request a refund or replacement but I have had no response. I cannot find a phone number to telephone them. Disappointing as I would like to be able to buy other products!
Update: the company got in touch and has refunded the cost of the damaged jar.
