I am writing this review with great disappointment and frustration to warn future buyers about this seller's deeply unprofessional and hostile behavior. My experience was unacceptable on every level.

First, the deception: Before purchasing, I specifically requested photos of the actual plants and selected one. The seller explicitly confirmed in writing that she would ship the exact plant I chose. However, what arrived was a completely different plant.

Second, the hostile response: When I politely messaged her to resolve the issue, she with an immediate, shocking, and unprovoked emotional outburst. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, she became defensive, asked me "what the problem was" since the plant was "healthy," Completely ignoring the core demand ("consistency with the agreement" rather than "health status"). and then responded to personally attack me. She accused me of trying to "ruin her" because she's a "one-woman business." Most shockingly, she used unacceptable language including the phrase "How dare you? This is my business, you have no right speaking to me like this." (Direct Quotation) and B words.

Let me be clear: at no point was I anything but peaceful. I was met with pure aggression and vitriol for simply expecting to receive the item I paid for.

This is beyond unprofessional; it is deeply offensive. A legitimate business does not lash out at its customers for pointing out a genuine mistake that they made. Throughout this entire exchange, I remained entirely calm and solution-focused. Her response was to become vitriolic. A business owner should never attack a customer. Ever.

Do not risk it. Giving this person your money is a gamble. If anything goes wrong, you will not receive support—you will receive hostile responses, irrational blame, and deeply unprofessional conduct. I have the screenshots to prove every word of this.

The seller's profile claims she is 'passionate about delivering excellent customer service' and 'thrives under pressure.' My experience proved the exact opposite. Under the minor pressure of a simple request, she responded with hostility, denial, and unprofessionalism, delivering what was arguably the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

This is fundamentally an issue of capability (in communication, emotional management, and client management) rather than merely a matter of attitude.

Thank you for your response. However, given the significant discrepancies between your account and the factual record, I must address your points one by one with supporting evidence.

1. Regarding the "Possibility to Refuse the Order":
When you processed an order that explicitly stated in the notes: "Need to match the specific plant circled and confirmed on eBay," you had every right to cancel it or contact me before shipping. Instead, you chose to accept the payment, pack the items, and ship them directly—only to later blame me for "placing the order."

At which exact point did you "decline" this transaction? Your actions—processing, packing, and shipping—prove otherwise. This entire process defies basic business logic.

2. Regarding the Core Issue of "Breach of Agreement":
The essence of this dispute is your unilateral breach of our agreement. You explicitly promised on eBay: "Yes, that’s fine. I can see what plant you have circled." Yet, you shipped a completely different plant. Regardless of your subsequent justifications, a broken promise constitutes a breach.

3. Regarding Your Claim of "Attempting to Resolve the Issue":
You claim to have asked "what could be done to fix this," (Never heard) but the facts is that Your first response was the hostile retort, the original words are "what do you want from me?" (Direct Quotation) which swiftly escalated into aggressive statements like "How dare you?". This attitude is the antithesis of problem-solving and represents a clear emotional outburst.

4. Regarding the Baseless "AI-Generated" Accusation:
Your accusation is a transparent attempt to divert attention.All my responses are based on actual conversations and your documented conduct. If you believe any part is inaccurate, please specify and provide contradictory evidence.

5. Regarding Your "Intuition":
This is irrelevant to the facts of the transaction. Your failure to trust your intuition does not absolve you of your responsibility to honor a business agreement you chose to make.

When a seller chooses emotional outbursts over problem-solving and evades material facts instead of providing clarifications, any further rational communication from the customers becomes meaningless. Our conversation ends here. I have said all that needs to be said.

First time I have experienced a prompt delivery from a plant shop as this . Its a next day delivery . I ordered the other day and after a day I received it . Parcel is packed safely and with care . Plant itself looks healthy and happy. Price is reasonable and very affordable . Ilex Alba plant is highly recommended.

Pretty Turtle has moved in and taken over the shelf – and my heart.
Both plants arrived in excellent condition, well packaged and clearly grown with care. The Streptocarpus ‘Pretty Turtle’ is lush, healthy, and already trying to outshine everyone else on the sideboard. Her leaves are giving leopard print realness, and honestly? She knows it. The Saxorum came trailing like it had stories to tell – adorable, delicate, and quietly charming in contrast.

Customer service was easy and delivery was quick.
