Uneducated staffs are working in ikman.lk
I am posting an ad for software product which i have developed by my own. i have added some screenshots of my software. These people are not accepting for the reason that i did't add actual picture of the product. These 1diots does not know that a software is a virual product not a physical product.

Ikman.LK is so cunning and cheaters that’s they play a huge unfair monopoly.
We’ve noticing by adding a few adds from different accounts under different name.
A few paid packages ( boosting ads) and a few regular( no boost). They target paid or professional advertisers and force them to become a member. If they refuse they lay low their adds. And ads have no response.

On the other hand anonymous add by a regular person will have more response.

Call center and people who work for ikman are so rude and being so into grab money from the advertisers they keep speaking as if they are so demanding.

I ordered a smartwatch and face steamer from Goodhealth.lk (goodhealth.lk | ikman.lk) and did the full payment on 03/05/2021. As ikman.lk says yet seller did not call or confirm delivery till now. I tried to contact seller “GOODHEALTH.LK” but not answering the phone. I informed ikman.lk and said they will contact the seller and get back to me. I am still waiting…….

Is there any VIP Package for Auto-Updating System after Ads have been Edited and new Adds have been Published.I have actived the Platinum Package but i am not Satisfied with it.The manager you'll gave is also not very supportive he's not answering our calls but unlike to pay the Money he calls us.Is there any other High packages for Auto-Update System?I am a heavy user of Ikman.And also not satisfied with the ikman Manager (Kevin)Send a Copy of this to Kevin.

Cheap and dodgy buggers. tried to rip me off while I was trying publish an ad on their web. They tried to over charge me. Initially ad was only cost 500lkr and then after review ad before publication they tried to charge me 2800lkr. Use VPN provider to avoid the dodgy unnecessary charges.

Asked for a payment from me to publish an Ad, once payment was made And was not published - reason given- "no category" for such ads! (advertisement was for an air rifle)
The fool from customer service who called me said ' we don't sell firearms as it is illegal')
Such ignorant imbeciles! Are they NOT aware that air guns / air rifles are NOT classified as 'firearms' in SL by Govt. Gazette???
Never got a refund!! Been several months now!
Also had other issues with them on previous vehicle ads too!
They were good for the first few years, after that it was all downhill!!!

This website has become scam now. Charging percentage of property published amount. Believe me its only for 2 months and all the calls from useless agents and telemarketers. Full of third party agents. U can save more with new paper add. Think twice dont get caught.

They hold my ad without publishing due to an incorrect category, but charged me Rs.1470/= already. Auto generated email received from them requested you to contact them to correct the category but even after number of emails recieved no response so I re-published my ad on their website under a different category and was successful. Then I had to email them for over few weeks continuously to get my refund but no luck then I decided to lodge a complaint at Consumers Affairs Authority and notify them and then they replied claiming they will issue me a voucher code. Again I had to send them number of emails to follow up for a voucher code and finally received one. The process took nearly 1 month of continuous follow up. These people are a scam.

They change my content without my permission. when I ask for refund no reply. very unprofessional

I live aboard. To help my nephew I put an advertisement for sale his house in Sri lanka. Price was Rs 4400.00. I thought it is due to number of words and then reduced the number of words and press "publish" button. It became two ads and Rs 4400.00 x2. We can not delete one until they send the link. Through that link I edited one and deleted the second and transferred Rs 4400 from my bank account. The ad is not publish and their customer service keep on sending a message saying "ad is duplicated and can not be published. There is no original either. My money is gone. Very poor service and unfriendly app. Don't trust and put ads if you live abroad. No money,no ad and poor customer service

Very poor service, for 3 days I call a direct number asking for support of my personal account, where I do not see my items for sale, moreover, I paid for a promotion for 3 days after which my announcement is not on the site. Today is a working day and they do not answer calls or call back even if they left a request.

Very bad customer service and working most uneducated persons in ikman.lk. They don't know at least basic common things about Software's (Software Name/Category / Logo's) and Electronic Equipment's

Ikman is very helpful and a easy way to trade.

ikman.lk is the best item selling website in Sri Lanka. And it very famous. I could sale my all items via it.
