Purchased a duplicate key for a 2004 Lexus. Lexus wont program the key for the ignition. iKeyless tells me that because I bought the key and had it "shipped" to me they are not responsible and now will not program it either. Said I needed to pay for another $90 key + full grinding and programing fees. $90 stolen from me. NEVER use this sleazy site.
I placed an order with iKeyless on Nov 9. It is now Nov 17th. I have called and emailed multiple times and each time I have been assured it would go out the same day. The order is still not here.
Terrible customer service. Do not promise what you cannot deliver. Don't lie to your customers. Seems pretty simple.
