I made an ordered on 4th August for 91.84 Euros for 5 items to ship to Corfu but haven't heard anything from them at all. I made several phone called and also emails but notting to tell me that when they will delivery my order.I asked for my money back but still no answer my email. The Ikea Greece used to be very good in the past.

I have ordered furniture that cost more than 1000€ on September 14th and still (23/10) haven’t received them! I already paid
Incomplete deliveries and useless customer service
It’s a shame a global company like Ikea to be humiliated by Greek market. My order came incomplete in august and till 14 of October I am still waiting for the missing part. The customer service is completely useless and rude. The responsibility of the incomplete delivery goes to the courier company but the clients are not part of ikeas partnership, therefore you should satisfy your customers and not let them wait for months after of course you have received the full payment.
Eshop representatives are like ghosts, they never call you as you have been promised by customer service representative and they only respond when you are threatening them that the next call will be from a lawyer. You are such a big disappointment and waste of money and time.

I ordered some stuff in July; one month later I cancelled the order because they failed to deliver (the delivery company had a good excuse: "But Sir, we were on vacation!"). It is October now and I still waiting the refund. The last excuse was: "We had some problems with our delivery company and we just got our stuff back on 26th of September and, unfortunately, our policy does not allow us to refund you before we receive back our products". Not the first miserable experience with them. Ikea products but ridiculously low trained employees. Disgusted!
STAY AWAY !!! You will NEVER get your order no matter!
The WORST company has ever existed in Greece. The orders are not delivered. Neither IKEA nor their useless partner know where their orders are or when they will be delivered. IKEA keeps your money and the DO NOT refund you until the lost -by them- order returns in an unknown period of time to them!!! Rude responses over the phone, zero response to emails! My lawyer will take on from this point and so must any do any other who has not yer receive their order. STAY AWAY !!!

What can I say about this horrible e shop. Ordered 2 months ago. I was worried about the delivery date and I started calling the online service. After a month of back and forth calls, unanswered e mails, promises of call backs I finally got in touch with the Greek consumers line. They said that I will have to report it. There is no way my parcel is coming and we should fight for the refund. Horrible horrible service. This company is totally disgraced from their delivery and the company Diakinisi they work with. -1000/100 experience
227€ from my salary for baby furniture, and my baby will have a drivers license when they finally arrive.

Well done IKEA in harming your reputation by collaborating and not taking decisive action with your horrible partner Diakinisis. Waiting for 2 months for an order, no communication, more than 47 calls to Diakinisis, no one picks up. No emails answered. Not even IKEA knows where is my order.

I made the mistake of ordering online something from IKEA Greece before reading the reviews. As I can see, I’m not the only one who has a problem with the delivery of a product. It goes without saying that it was prepaid, it said 8 working days for delivery. No sign of my parcel after almost 20 days from the order. I called numerous times all this period of time, they always said they’ll do their best, I even spoke to a superior. He promised to solve the issue. Nothing.
Today I got a text message that my parcel was delivered (??). When I called to ask about it they just said that it was delivered to somebody that didn’t have my name… unacceptable and illegal. Never ordering from them again. I will sue and ask for compensation.
New system for self service is awful
New system for self service / pick up items is awful. Too many unnecessary steps and paperwork to pick up a simple pillow for an office chair. Inefficient and a waste of time. We were there at a relatively quiet time, and had to wait over 10 minutes for one pillow. Can't imagine the chaos on a weekend. Old system was much better!!!
No delivery from IKEA
Order on August 5, 2024. No news for 3 weeks. Called the call center many times. Everytime, the answer was, it's on its way, we will call you. On august 28 2024, I saw that delivery had been given over to a transport service. Since then, on 15/09 2024, still no news. New call to the help service, same answer.
What's happening with IKEA ? Nowhere in the world such a company is as badly run as in Greece. Going bankrupt and hiding it ?? Sheer incompetence ? carelessness ?

Still waiting my order that was made on 13/07/2024.Lets count the months..2 months of waiting!I am going to keep you posted on when I will get the order (Order for my hotel that shuts down for the season in t n days..).

Ordered online 07/08/2024, pre-paid, 17 days delivery. At 12/9/2024 i cancelled my order since after 3 calls and 1 email i got no response. The call center has no visibility to the "online shop warehouse" and they tell you, "we will call you back". No one ever called back. I have used IKEA in other country (CZ) and it's a completely different story. DO NOT USE THE ONLINE SHOP IN GREECE, unless you don't mind waiting 2-3 months.

I waited to write this reveiw till my item arrived. Made an order on 07/07/2024, i then 3 days later received an email that my originally planed 10 days delivery will be 3 days late due to their werehouse upgrades. After aroud 30 phone calls and no way to find where my order is at any point i was told that they basically they dont know why my order took that long. My order got delivered on 04/09/2024 after thousend of phone calls, after researching online who has my package and which werehouse is my order at. in the end i complain that i had to wait for my matress 2 months to arrive, and they told me that they will pass it along in receiving some compencantion. but 2 weeks after the call and nothing. Had high hopes for IKEA but IKEA in Greece is the worst company ever with worst practices that borderline in voilating your EU buyer rights. They Steal your Money and keep it for 2 Month with no product. In that time i could have gone to wherever they make the matresses and make one myself with no experice of how a matress gets made. 1 star is actually too much for a company like that.

furniture was broken possibly by DELATOLAS transport, i made a request for a partial refund on 27/5/2024.
The transportation company got the products on 17/6/2024 and this is where the nigthmare began.
38 phone calls were needed to get my money back after TWO AND a HALF MONTHS on 02/9/2024. The refund was 250 euro. in a case were i would not bother them daily with phone calls they would keep my furnitures and my money !
Worst customer support than any other company, the staff told me 4 seperate times that the money were transfered to my IBan. 4 Lies in a span of 45 days !
On line IKEA 2 months of waiting…
Today the called me that finally my two orders that I made on the 11/07 & 13/07 will arrive(04/09..).They only brought some staff from the first order (minus 2 umbrellas that told me a month after the order were not in stock) and still waiting for the second delivery 😡Some staff that I have order are missing so they don’t allow them to bring the ones that are already here..). The worst experience I ever had with on line shopping.I was a loyal customer of Ikea and ordered numerous times staff for my hotel..NOT ANYMORE!
