IKEA decide that no warranty on all component of the bed

IKEA decide that no warranty can be given in a bed bought few weeks ago. "Please be informed that the bed structure and all related components are considered part of the bed system, and there is no warranty coverage applicable for this product in this case. Sukanya Customer Care Centre" Easy to remove their responsibility by just deciding suddenly that there is no warranty for all the components of the bed. Amazing no ? Better to go to buy anywhere else.

I will never shop here again

I needed to run into the store for a few items. Everywhere I turned there were people pushing cats in strollers. I, like many other customers, am allergic to cat dander. I explained this to the manager; however, the only response I received was that the Bangkok stores have gone pet friendly. I hope Fluffy has more money than me, I will not be back. IKEA is more concerned about a cat’s happiness over customer’s health. By the time I got home, I had to start pumping antihistamines

Worst IKEA I’ve experienced is in…

Worst IKEA I’ve experienced is in thailand.

They recommended I cancel my order and pay more for another option, which I did. Then find out it takes even longer.

When I ask the sales agent for refund they said no.

So they give bad advice, and take no responsibility.

Incompetent

I ordered 2 letter shelves. Very simple. Paid 99 baht delivery. They said arrive in 7 days, on the 16th July. So I called and asked if I can get sooner, they said I need to pay 299 baht, and cancel my current order and reorder and apply the extra delivery fee.

So I did, and paid the extra 299 baht. Then I checked the delivery status, and it said the item will arrive on the 16th July (the same date as the cheaper option).

So I called them and asked for a refund, as their recommendation was incorrect, and they said 'sorry, no refund'. I asked to speak to a manager, and they said no manager in their office.

So honestly, I feel cheated.

This is IKEA Bang Yai, who previously delivered a box of broken plates to me. So I guess the issue seems to stem around delivery partners...

Terrible Service

Terrible Service! Try to buy a kitchen, they want you to do all the Interior architect work by yourself. Come to your house and check, measures and plan your new kitchen? The don't offer this service! Minimalitic customer service..IKEA...

Avoid online order at all costs.

Online Order with Ikea Thailand is the worst possible experience you can ever go through.
System doesn't capture the right phone number, customer service doesn't do a thorough job (saying the changed the phone number in the system when in reality it's not communicated to their delivery team), delivery team lies (saying they've called and no one picked up), show up outside of delivery hours, reschedule delivery without notice. Just a HORRIBLE experience especially when you spend that much money.

Happened over 2 orders each worth >$3000 really unnaceptable
