A few days ago I described my very bad experience with IKANO Bank. I wrote there about purchasing Termomix in installments. I received a reply that someone from IKANO would contact me. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME SO FAR! I BELIEVE THAT IKANO BANK IS NOT TRUE AND IT IS NOT WORTH TRUSTING THEM! IKANO IS A COMPLETE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. IKANO AND THE MANAGEMENT AND THE IGNORANCE TEAM. Disgusting application process, I was accepted in 2023 with a lower credit rating and never used the credit.I just applied with a better rating and also I have an excellent payment record I have never missed a payment I always pay the full amount I never ever pay interest they do a soft search which says approved then declined, after approving them to do hard search. The photo ID is a nightmare I had to do a selfie over 15 times before it excepted it. I will never apply to them again, I would rather go without, stay well clear they are a nightmare, would I recommend them….NEVER.

The electronic system does not respond as it state. When you talk to anybody. They apologise for the failing of another department and that’s as far as the customer service goes. Nothing gets resolved. This is my experience to date.
I have stopped paying them by direct debit until I get clarity via hard copy via Royal Mail.
Presently it appears that I will be paying back double the borrowed figure.
Unacceptable.
You try to access your account. The computer. It says “NO”!
You try to change your password. “No”!
The system states it will email you. It doesn’t.
You resolve nothing.
Stay well clear.

Don't try to contact this bank. They dislike talking to customers.

Useless site , I have been asking for a settlement figure for over a year. I keep getting told they cannot find my loan despite giving my loan number. When I tried to submit a complaint the complaint submit button does not work. Useless.
Attached below the same again from TODAY. Maybe if i stop my direct debit i will get more of a reaction!

Easy, safe and an excellent rate

Bought items from scs they use ikano bank for finance, never heard of ikano before but I've had no issues with them, intact found them to be very polite and professional after talking to them on the phone, paid my loans off early and confirmation was sent by email next day.

Excellent text up dates monthly and handled a change of payment bank account without any issues also.

Great service, kept well informed of my loan status with regular statements.
