I spoke with Samia who was very helpful…

I spoke with Samia who was very helpful on a complex issue which ii are attempting to solve. She answered my queries and set in motion the steps necessary to achieve a solution. I am hoping that the issues will soon be resolved.

Thanks for your help Harris

EQI recently transferred my accounts to ii. I was informed this would be merged with my pre -existing ii accounts. Transition was smooth although I had to make a call to get this activated - Many thanks to Harris @ ii who patiently looked into my queries and resolved it to my satisfaction.

Account set up and transfer issues

I had some issues with setting up my account and some queries regarding moving over from another provider. All the queries were dealt with on the call and I was taken through the account setup process whilst on the call. My transfer queries were also answered.

Migrating to ii from EQi

I could not access my new ii account as EQi had been negligent in transferring certain information from my existing account to permit the process. I would like to thank Roy for his patience and diligence in managing to overcome this problem and to resolve the issue.

Summaira was extraordinary.

I needed to set up access to my a\c being transferred from Eqi. My computer and ipad are quite old. i am quite old. Together we are a problem.
There are people in the world that are quite special. Today i met one of those people. Patience, persistance and perseverance got us there in the end. Summaria it was a privalage to meet you.

Excellent

Was having difficulty logging on from EQi and Lynn was excellent: patient, polite and very helpful. Moreover, no wait time get through by 'phone. Others put you on hold for ever, not, it seems, ii.

Outstanding Call Support & communication Skill

Called up Interactive Investor for the first time, and got connected to Shakra who help me resolve my issue above standard communication and focus. My issue was relating to migrating from EQI! First class support, first class care; never thought I would be cared for, with empathy to resolve the problem. Excellent demonstration of knowledge of their IT systems relating to the migration. Shakra has made me forget who EQI are!! Nicely done. Thank-you
