WORST EXPERIENCE SHOPPING ONLINE
I have never had the worse experience shopping online.
Normally, I don't write bad reviews, but this time I believe iHero deserves it.
I have ordered a stjernelys projektor on 12th of December 2020 as a Christmas present to my boyfriend but got it only after a month.. The package was promised to be delivered in 1-2days when I ordered, then they changed it to 14days delivery on their website, which is still ok, that I would get it at least for the new years. But I didn't receive it. Also its quite ironic they have a clock in their website meaning ' Vi sender din pakke om .. ' .
I have contacted the company many times, but not only have not received the answer in promised 24h, but also it was just a general email with apologies and saying dao is very busy, therefore it takes longer delivery time, but still should get it by the new years. I do understand it was a Christmas period, but everything else I ordered from other companies arrived in 1-2d through dao. I am super mad this company sells the items and promises You a great experience without having them in stock, nor responding to Your emails properly.
I am happy my boyfriend is an adult and didn't make a big deal about Christmas, but it's horrible to read other reviews when the gift was meant for a child and parents have to see them disappointed.
Dear iHero, You are no hero, stop using google advertising for the items You don't have in stock. That's Your main issue.

SCAM!! I mean the products are so bad quality that this so called "business" might as well just be a scam.
Most of the good reviews are written by the company itself to bring rating back up.
Update: I did write to you people like you asked and still no answer. You people are SCAMMERS and should be put down!

Hej everybody,
For the future customers,I really not recomand this online shop.They have very bad custom service,comunication and very bad services.I made an order 3 months a go for some spare parts for my IPhone 8 .I made a Big order,wich it was also the front camera for the phone.Everything it was ok,I receved the order,but from the parcell it was missing the front camera.I try to Call them,they don t have customer service by phone,just by email.I write 10 e-mails,they sent only appologies,that they Don t have the product In stock,but they took my money.So,my experience,paied for a product 3 months a go,no product and no money back.Shame on this company and I Will make my best to destroy the name of this company .I Will make also a complain at the Danish authority about my case. I Will post also an e-mail from them:
