Didn't received my order at all

Didn't received my order at all. After 12 days they send an email stating they'll need 2 more weeks to receive the item in stock. Zero customer support. All I got were lies on 2 separate phonecalls. Never buying from here

Never received my order

I ordered my item 20 days and have not received it or received any tracking number or updates. Only automated e-mails with nothing inside.
I really hope that this is not a scam

Total mess

Order placed on 5th of Sep for about 900 DKK, money taken immediately, the next day automatic message comes with info about 7-10 days delay. Two days after I get a link for tracking order however that never get sent. No proactive communication, nothing...

15.09 - I raised a case to support
18.09 - they reply there is a delay however not further info
18.09 - I ask how long is the delay to be
19.09 - they ask what is my order number (so how they knew about delay if they didn't know about which order I'm asking till now?! is that a standard response they tell everyone without checking details?)
19.09 - I send the order number
20.09 - they say they will check with management and radio silence since than

It's 28.09 today, zero communication from their side apart from reminders to give them a recommendation on trustpilot, assess previous (not received order) or buy something else...

So here is the review as you've asked.

23.10 - have you had a chance to review any of my emails? The items are available back online so that would be great if you could send them.
25.10 - although I haven't received either products or money they reply that all looks good from their end so what do I actually want... and the message comes on top of previous conversation in the same email that describes full history but nobody bothers to look into this! this is so disrespectful!

Communication is not the best

Communication is not the best. It is difficult to get product information if you have query about the it. If you are lucky you get reply after 24 hours.

Disappointing Experience with iHero's Customer Service and Shipping

My experience with iHero has been extremely frustrating. Despite initial promises from their customer service to ship my order soon, it has been weeks and my order has not been shipped. What's worse is that the customer service has stopped responding to my emails. I highly discourage others from using iHero as their reliability and customer support are severely lacking.

Additionally, it is worth noting that despite claiming the product is out of stock, iHero continues to display it on their website with a promise of 1-2 days shipping. This inconsistency further adds to the overall disappointment and lack of trust in their services.

Look elsewhere for a better online shopping experience.

Calls did not work with this device, refund hard to get, no refund of shipping costs

In the end I got the money back, so I give 3 starts, but it was a long way, no good service...
I recommend to send back with tracking number in each case!
So first, the device did not work well in my case, it disturbed the car phone, if somebody called me they did not hear me. As it is important for my job to be able to phone I could not use it, so I asked if I can send it back and they said yes but I had to pay 13,99€ myself for shipping from Germany to Denmark.

On 23th Jan I informed them about tracking no. of the package.
They answered 24th Jan that is fine and I will be refunden when the package has arrived.
Nothing happened but I saw from the tracking no. it has arrived on 27th Jan.
On 31th Jan. I asked the support if it has arrived.
On 1st Feb Thomas from support asked me for the tracking info (which I had written before). I directly replied and sent info again about tracking no. with screenshot.
On 5th Feb. Thomas informed me they will refund me the money.
Nothing happened.
On 8th Feb I sent a reminder, nothing happend.
On 14th Feb I wrote a bad recension here and sent another reminder, informing them I would use the Paypal buyers protection process to get the money back if they don´t react within the next 3 days.
I never got another message but an automated note on 16th Feb that the money is transferred and had it on my account today, 17th Feb.
So in the end nice that it worked, but why did it take so long and why do I not get more information a little earlier. I really have the impression that as I read the other opinion below if I wouldn´t have used the tracking no. they would tell me the package got lost and this is the only thing which saved me...
Nevertheless the 13,99€ shipping costs are waisted, but ok...

This site is a fraud

This site is a fraud.
The items are not corresponding to the description on their side. I order LEDs string for my kids and they shipped random LEDs not corresponding to the description on their site.
Not recommended.
