Successful order reshipment

My package got delivered to the wrong address by an external shipping company and was irretrievable. I contacted support and Ardie was there to help me with my order. They were nice, quick to respond, and very thorough. When I asked to replace an item in my order, Ardie remained flexible despite my difficult request and immediately processed the order for me. The order is now resolved and on its way thanks to them! If I ever encountered another issue with my order, I would choose Ardie to help me!

Exceptional Customer Service

I had a package that was running late, so I emailed customer service about it. They responded within minutes and were able to figure out that my package was actually lost in the mail (not their fault, just an unfortunate situation) and gave me several options on how I could be compensated. Ardie responded to my issue and reshipped my order free of charge, AND gave me a complimentary upgrade to expedited shipping to make up for the unexpected delay in my original order. They responded very quickly and were super kind and understanding, and resolved the issue with a positive attitude! I can definitely see myself ordering from here again! :)

Always the best 🫶

First off can we talk about how amazing their clothes are but they back it up with the best customer service! My account has my old address and I put in my new one for shipping but I had to change one size I was getting so it reverted back to my old address. I reached out through chat and spoke with Joan and let me tell you best customer service ever! So understanding when I was a nervous wreck and made sure to get everything updated and followed up with me to ease my mind! Now I will be looking like hot for decadence ♥️

Shipping

I’ve ordered multiple times and have always had a great experience! This last time I noticed my shipping address was wrong. I reached out and Joan was able to help me quickly to get it fixed. She made everything seamless and updated my address! I’m so grateful!!

Quality outfits and Good Customer Service

I love the quality of the outfits and always get great compliments! With my last order there was a slight defect in the product. I reached out to customer service and Remie was able to quickly resolve the issue with a refund for store credit without having to send back the defective product at my cost. I have been very happy with several orders and the service so far!

My package got lost in transit

My package got lost in transit, and within 4 hours of me emailing them they got it straightened out! My new order is already being packed and shipped. This isnt my first purchase from IHR, but it is the first slip up, and they solved it the way every business should. Easily and professionally!

Wonderful help

Joan helped me out tremendously! During the beginning of the Black Friday sale a piece that I ordered got over sold and Joan helped get me something as a replacement. This was a huge deal as this was my first order for a matching rave outfit with my husband!
I already put in a second order because I loved my outfits so much!
