I had settled on the purchase of a Ball Roadmaster Marine GMT watch, and ordered it from IguanaSell because they offered a discounted price AND paid the shipping and customs fees to the United States. After placing my order, I realized that the Roadmaster Pilot GMT would be a better choice at the same price. Kamila at IguanaSell cheerfully agreed to change my order, and shepherded the watch through U.S. Customs. I couldn't be more pleased with both the IguanaSell customer service and the features, quality, and accuracy of the watch.

I ordered a watch on line and was subsequently told it was unavailable. Rather disappointing to receive conflicting emails saying we are packaging your order and also the email telling me it was no longer available. Why advertise something you don't have in stock or access to. Most grateful for the return of my payment

I can wholeheartedly agree with others on Trust pilot Iguana Sell have the best after market customer service I have experienced.

I bought two top end fountain pens from them in an year (ordered from UK). Quick shipping, careful packaging & very responsive customer service. They had paid import taxes from their end, which I could not see from any other international stationery supplier. I don’t think any dealer/seller can match their price. They also have some of the rarest collections ! I saw few online posts doubting the authenticity of the products they sell - That’s simply because the price/discount is unbelievable. Iguana Sell ❤️

I bought my first Pelikan 30 years ago and I wanted another one. Iguana was the best for "value for money" and they delivered very fast in a nice box.

They delivered the watch on time, and when they couldn't make it on time, they emailed me to let me choose to cancel the order.

Ordered a watch some months back that was very hard to get hold of in England, was made aware that Jan would be the earliest I would be getting it due to scarcity of stock.

Come the 1st of Feb I asked if it was coming soon and was told that month, lo and behold the next day the item was notified of shipment from Spain at around 2:30 in the afternoon and I had it in hand by the same time the next day in England, superb!

Perfect service,
I ordered a Montegrappa filler with a wrong nib size. I wrote them a mail that I made a mistake and they changed it immediately. This is a great service. The shipping was extreme fast. Although my mistake with the nib, I had my filler within 2 days in my hands. This is absolutely perfect.

I have now purchased 2 Pelikan M800 pens from I.S. Both pens arrived after a few days and both had a free bottle of Edelstein ink included. Excellent service from a very professional business. Thank you.
