Scam. Incompetent staff, unresponsive owners , ridiculously high water bills , poor quality taps and stoves and there's been 4 armed robberies since i arrived in the second quarter of 2021.

I moved to Lombardy Meander through the Grow Water Investment Company. This development is for sale/renting. I would not recommend this place to anyone for the following reasons
- The water bills are excessively high, some people pay R4000.00 a month for water
- There is a lack of management, no particular person assigned to deal with tenant issues.
- There is poor security in the area. Not all fences are electrified, no sufficient patrolling hence why there has been 3 break ins and 1 stabbing. An entire individual has been stabbed on the premises and the body corporate has done nothing about it. The stolen goods are basically gone for good.
- The maintenance services are basically non-existent

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time money and effort and look for different accommodation.
